मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जनपद नैनीताल एवं उधमसिंह नगर जनपदों के लिये की गई घोषणाओं की समीक्षा

देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जनपद नैनीताल एवं उधमसिंह नगर जनपदों के लिये की गई घोषणाओं की समीक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने लालकुंआ में मिनी स्टेडियम के निर्माण, बिन्दुखत्ता में 55 हैण्डपंपों की स्थापना, पेयजल योजना के पुनर्गठन की स्वीकृति प्रदान की। नैनीताल में मल्टीस्टोरी पार्किंग निर्माण, हेलीपैड निर्माण, ऑडिटोरियम के निर्माण में तेजी लाने को कहा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा के तहत अपूर्ण योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में तेजी लायी जाय, इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारी अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझें। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि यूटिलिटी सिफ्टिंग के कारण सड़कों के निर्माण में विलम्ब न हो, इसके लिये प्रभावी कार्यवाही की जाय।
उन्होंने कहा कि वन भूमि हस्तान्तरण के कारण लम्बित योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में तेजी लायें। इसके लिये भी प्रभावी प्रयास किये जाय तथा भारत सरकार से भी समन्वय स्थापित किया जाय।
मुख्यमंत्री ने रामनगर में बहुमंजिला पार्किंग निर्माण, पेयजल योजनाओं, नलकूपों, ओवरहेड टेंकों, मिनीस्टेडियम, बस स्टेशन के निर्माण, नहरों को कवर करने, विभिन्न आन्तरिक सड़कों के निर्माण में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिये।
सीएम ने भीमताल में भी पार्किंग निर्माण, विभिन्न चिकित्सालयों में एक्सरे व अल्ट्रा साउण्ड मशीन की व्यवस्था करने, भीमताल, सातताल, नौकुचियाताल, कमलताल आदि के सौन्दर्यीकरण के कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिये। कालाढूंगी के अन्तर्गत विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में 5 नलकूपों के निर्माण तथा पूर्व में निर्मित नलकूपों में वोल्टेज स्टेवलाइजर की व्यवस्था करने की भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने रूद्रपुर में ट्रेचिंग ग्राउण्ड के निर्माण रूद्रपुर सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों का मास्टर प्लान तैयार करने, अनाज मण्डी व ट्रांसपोर्ट नगर के निर्माण में तेजी लाने के भी निर्देश दिये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने किच्छा में नया बस अड्डा बनाने तथा पुराने बस अड्डे पर कमर्शियल काम्पलेक्स निर्माण, किच्छा शुगर मिल में एथेनाल प्लांट स्थापित करने, खुरपिया फार्म की भूमि पर सिडकुल बनाये जाने के साथ ही किच्छा में नया तहसील भवन बनाये जाने का प्रस्ताव शीघ्र तैयार करने के निर्देश दिये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने खटीमा में खेल स्टेडियम, बस स्टेशन, बाढ़ सुरक्षा कार्यों, सीवर लाइन व ट्रेचिंग ग्राउण्ड के निर्माण में भी तेजी लाने को कहा। सितारगंज में तहसील निर्माण के लिये शीघ्र धनराशि स्वीकृत करने के निर्देश मुख्यमंत्री ने दिये।
बैठक में बताया गया कि विधानसभा क्षेत्र रामनगर के लिये कुल 61 घोषणायें की गई हैं, जिनमें से 32 पूर्ण हो चुकी है, शेष पर कार्यवाही गतिमान है। इसी प्रकार भीमताल के लिये 16 घोषणाओं में 9 पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं। कालाढूंगी में 34 घोषणाओं में से 32, लालकुंआ में 23 में से 8 नैनीताल में 29 में से 19, भीमताल में 16 में से 9 पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं तथा शेष में कार्यवाही गतिमान है।
इसी प्रकार जनपद उधमसिंह नगर के विधानसभा क्षेत्र रूद्रपुर के लिये की गई 17 घोषणाओं में 10 पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं। किच्छा में 13 में से 7, खटीमा में 63 में से 50, नानकमत्ता में 24 में से 16 तथा सितारगंज में 12 में से 9 घोषणायें पूर्ण हो चुकी हैं तथा शेष में कार्यवाही गतिमान है।
बैठक में विधायक दीवान सिंह बिष्ट, संजीव आर्य, राजेश शुक्ला, राजकुमार ठुकराल, मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य सलाहकार शत्रुघ्न सिंह, अपर मुख्य सचिव आनन्द वर्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर.के. सुधांशु, सचिव शैलेश बगोली, आर. मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम, एस.एन पाण्डे, एस.ए. मुरूगेशन, डॉ. रणजीत सिन्हा, प्रमुख वन संरक्षण राजीव भरतरी के साथ ही अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से कैबिनेट मंत्री बंशीधर भगत, विधायक पुष्कर सिंह धामी, डॉ. प्रेम सिंह, सौरभ बहुगुणा के साथ ही आयुक्त कुमाऊं अरविंद सिंह ह्यांकी एवं जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
