इसकी जानकारी देते हुए वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक अजय सिंह ने बताया कि पुलिस के सामने एक रहस्यमयी मामला आया जब ग्राम ढाढेकी ढांणा लक्सर निवासी सेठपाल पुत्र पिताम्बर द्वारा कोतवाली लक्सर में शिकायत देते हुए बताया कि 6 फरवरी की रात उनका पूरा परिवार अचानक गहरी नींद में सो गया और इसी दौरान उनका पुत्र कुलवीर उर्फ शेर सिंह उम्र 17 वर्ष संदिग्ध परिस्थितियों में गायब हो गया। नींद इसलिए भी संदिग्ध थी क्योंकि शिकायतकर्ता के अनुसार जागने पर पूरा परिवार नशे की स्थिति में मिला। पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी। अपह्रत युवक कुलवीर की तलाश एवं बरामदगी हेतु लगातार किए जा रहे प्रयासों के बीच गठित पुलिस टीम को जानकारी मिली कि अपह्रत कुलवीर की बहन का पडोसी युवक राहुल के साथ प्रेम प्रसंग था जिस कारण अपह्रत कुलवीर का कई दफा अपनी बहन व प्रेमी राहुल के साथ विवाद भी हुआ था।
जिसके बाद पुलिस ने पुनः अपह्रत कुलवीर की नाबालिक बहन से गहनता से पूछताछ करने पर जानकारी मिली कि पडोसी युवक राहुल से प्रेम प्रसंग व आपत्तिजनक स्थिति में पकडे जाने के चलते युवती के भाई द्वारा युवती के साथ लगातार मार-पिटाई की जा रही थी व राहुल के साथ भी झगडा किया जा रहा था। अपने प्रेम संबंधों में भाई को कांटा बनता देख युवती ने प्रेमी राहुल और उसके दोस्त के साथ हत्या की योजना बनाई।
6 फरवरी को प्रेमी द्वारा नींद की गोलियां लाकर देने पर युवती ने पूरे परिवार के रात मे करीब आठ बजे दूध में गोलियां मिलाकर पिला दिया। सभी परिजन के बेहोश होने पर रात को युवती ने प्रेमी राहुल और कृष्णा के साथ मिलकर कुलवीर का रस्सी से गला घोटकर हत्या कर दी व कुलवीर के शव को राहुल के घेर में गड्ढा खोदकर दबा दिया। इसके युवती ने अपने घरवालांे व पुलिस को गुमराह करने के लिए खुद भी नींद की गोली खा ली थी। प्रकरण में प्रकाश में आयी जानकारी के आधार पर आरोपी राहुल के घेर से मृतक का शव बरामद करते हुए पंचायतनामा की कार्यवाही की जा रही है। राहुल एवं उसके दोस्त कृष्णा को पुलिस टीम द्वारा हिरासत में लिया गया। मृतक की बहन से पूछताछ जारी है।
