देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। स्कूलों में बच्चों के भारी-भरकम बस्तों का बोझ कम करने के लिये राज्य में संचालित सभी शिक्षा बोर्ड के साथ विचार-विमार्श कर कोई तरीका निकाला जायेगा, जिससे बच्चों के बस्ते का बोझ कम किया जा सके। इसी के साथ स्कूली बच्चों का तनाव कम करने के उद्देश्य से माह में एक दिन बैग फ्री डे निर्धारित करते हुये उनसे स्कूलों में अन्य गतिविधियां कराई जा सकती है।
यह बात सूबे के शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ0 धन सिंह रावत ने आज देहरादून के एक निजी होटल में उत्तराखंड अकादमिक शोध एवं प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय एवं एससीईआरटी द्वारा आयोजितएनईपी-2020 के क्रियान्वयन एवं शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता संवर्द्धन विषय पर आयोजित दो दिवसीय राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि कही। डॉ0 रावत ने कहा कि पिछले कुछ वर्षों में स्कूली बच्चों के बस्तों का बोझ उनके वजन से भी ज्यादा बढ़ गया है, जिसको कम करना उनके सर्वांगीण विकास के लिये आवश्यक हो गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में संचालित सभी शिक्षा बोर्डों के अधिकारियों एवं शिक्षाविदों के साथ विचार-विमर्श कर बच्चों के बस्ते का बोझ कम करने का कोई नया तरीका निकालना होगा। इसके लिये चाहे बच्चों के पाठ्यक्रम को त्रिमासिक एवं अर्द्धवार्षिक के हिसाब से बांटते हुये पाठ्य पुस्तकों एवं नोट बुक्स का चयन भी किया जा सकता है।
शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि बच्चे कई बार लगातार पढ़ाई से ऊब जाते हैं जिससे वह तनाव में आ जाते हैं। उनकी इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिये माह में एक दिन को बैग फ्री डे निर्धारित करते हुये उस दिन बच्चों से केवल खेल-कूद, वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता, कृषि कार्य, सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के साथ ही अन्य कौशल विकास से संबंधी गतिविधियां कराई जा सकती है। उन्होंने कार्यशाला में मौजूद विभागीय अधिकारियों से राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 के अंतर्गत भारतीय ज्ञान परम्परा पर आधारित विषयों को पाठ्यक्रम में शामिल करने तथा हमारी विरासत पुस्तक नाम से एक पाठ्य पुस्तक तैयार करने को कहा ताकि बच्चों को अपने जनपद, राज्य एवं राष्ट्रीय स्तर की विरासत एवं इतिहास पुरूषों के बारे में जानकारी मिल सके। उन्होंने कार्यशाला में आये उत्तर प्रदेश, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, गुजरात, विद्या भारती एवं नेफा नई दिल्ली से आये शिक्षा अधिकारियों एवं विषय विशेषज्ञों का स्वागत करते हुये उनके राज्य में एनईपी पर किये गये कार्यों के प्रस्तुतिकरण के लिये आभार जताया।
डॉ0 रावत ने कहा कि एनईपी के अंतर्गत किये गये कार्यों के साथ करने से सभी राज्यों को एक-दूसरे से कुछ नया सीखने को मिलेगा। शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि निकट भविष्य में राज्य में संचालित विभिन्न बोर्डों के साथ टीचिंग शेयरिंग को लेकर अनुबंध किया जायेगा ताकि अच्छे शिक्षकों को एक-दूसरे बोर्ड के स्कूलों में शिक्षण कार्य के लिये बुलाया जा सकेगा, जिसका फायदा छात्र-छात्राओं को मिलेगा। कार्यशाला में शिक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के स्कूलों में 220 दिन अनिवार्य रूप से पठन-पाठन किया जायेगा, इसके लिये उन्होंने अधिकारियों को नवीन शैक्षिणिक सत्र शुरू होने से पूर्व पूरी कार्ययोजना तैयार कर शैक्षिक कैलेंडर बनाने के निर्देश दिये। साथ ही उन्होंने भविष्य में स्कूली बच्चों को जुलूस-प्रदर्शनों एवं विभाग से इतर अन्य गतिविधियों में शामिल ने किये जाने के निर्देश दिये।
कार्यशाला में सचिव विद्यालयी शिक्षा रविनाथ रमन ने कहा कि राज्य में एनईपी-2020 को लेकर जनपदों में भी कार्याशालाओं का आयोजन किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के 4500 से अधिक प्री-प्राइमरी पाठशालाओ एवं आंगनबाडी केन्द्रों में एनईपी लागू कर ली गई है, अन्य कक्षाओं में भी धीरे-धीरे इसे लागू किया जायेगा।
कार्यशाला में गुजरात से आये आसिफ सामंत एवं कल्पेश कुमार द्वारा नवाचार के अंतर्गत सूचना और तकनीकी का समन्वयन विषय पर प्रस्तुतिकरण दिया। जिसमें बताया गया कि गुजरात में विद्यार्थियों तथा शिक्षकों की ऑनलाइन उपस्थिति, छात्रों का ऑनलाइन मूल्यांकन एवं प्रत्येक छात्र की यूनिक पहचान संख्या के द्वारा ऑन लाइन अनुश्रवण किया जाता है। इसी क्रम में एनसीईआरटी नई दिल्ली से प्रो0 इन्द्राणी भादुडी ने ग्रेड थ्री से कक्षा-12 तक बच्चों का समग्र मूल्यांकन पर प्रस्तुतिकरण दिया। जिसमें उन्होंने बताया कि बच्चों का सम्पूर्ण मूल्यांकन 360 डिग्री प्रगति कार्ड तैयार कर अभिभावक, छात्र तथा शिक्षकों के लिये शैक्षणिक प्रगति के साथ ही उनके स्वास्थ्य, अभिरूचि मूल्यों तथा जिज्ञासों का आंकलन किया जाता है।
