देश रक्षा सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों में आत्मनिर्भर बन रहाः रक्षा मंत्री
देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। केन्द्रीय रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि आज देश रक्षा सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों में आत्मनिर्भर बन रहा है। टैंक, तोप, गोला, बारूद जैसे महत्वपूर्ण रक्षा उपकरण 25 देशों को निर्यात किये जा रहे हैं। 16 हजार करोड़ का निर्यात इस क्षेत्र में किया जा चुका है। वह दिन दूर नही जब हम रक्षा से सम्बन्धित सामग्री भारत में ही बनाकर दुनिया को इसका निर्यात करेंगे। निजी क्षेत्र के उद्यमियों को प्रोत्साहित कर उनसे भी सामग्री क्रय की जा रही है। सोमवार को सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया ऑडिटोरियम में आयोजित प्रबुद्धजन सम्मेलन को सम्बोधित करते हुए रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड से उनका गहरा लगाव रहा है। उत्तराखण्ड को देवभूमि वीरभूमि शौर्य व सैन्य भूमि की संज्ञा देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड छोटा राज्य होने के बावजूद यहा के समग्र विकास के प्रति केन्द्र सरकार का दृष्टिकोण स्पष्ट है।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के समग्र विकास की महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजनाओं में केदारनाथ-बद्रीनाथ धाम में 1300 करोड़ के पुनर्निर्माण कार्य, ढाई हजार करोड़ रुपए की लागत से गौरीकुण्ड-केदारनाथ और गोविंदघाट-हेमकुण्ट साहिब रोपवे का कार्य, कुमायूं के पौराणिक मंदिरों को भव्य बनाने के लिये मानसखण्ड मंदिर माला मिशन का कार्य, पूरे राज्य में होम स्टे को बढ़ावा देने, 16 ईको टूरिज्म डेस्टिनेशन का विकास, उत्तराखंड में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का विस्तार। उधमसिंह नगर में एम्स का सेटलाइट सेंटर बनाने, करीब 2 हजार करोड़ रुपए की लागत वाली टिहरी लेक डेवलपमेंट परियोजना, ऋषिकेश-हरिद्वार का एडवेंचर टूरिज्म और योग की राजधानी के रूप में विकास, टनकपुर-बागेश्वर रेल लाइन की परियोजना के साथ ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाइन पहाड़ में रेल के सपने की परिकल्पना को पूर्ण करने जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के गतिशील नेतृत्व में विश्व में भारत का मान सम्मान बढ़ा हैं। अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय मंचो पर भारत की बात को गंभीरता से सुना जा रहा है। विश्व के देशों में प्रधानमंत्री को मिलने वाला सम्मान सभी देशवासियों का सम्मान है। विदेशी विशेषज्ञ प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी को अद्भूत कार्य क्षमता शक्तिवाला व्यक्तित्व मान रहे है। विज्ञान एवं तकनीकी के क्षेत्र में भी देश का सम्मान बढ़ा है। हमारा जवान देश की सीमा पर राष्ट्रीय स्वाभिमान की भावना के साथ निडरता से खड़ा रहता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत 2027 तक विश्व की तीसरी सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था होगी। इसका भी आकलन कई विदेशी अर्थशास्त्रियों द्वारा किया गया है। आज देश में बड़ी-बड़ी विदेशी कम्पनियां निवेश के लिये आ रही है।
रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि देश में जन धन खाता खोलने की प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के विजन का ही प्रतिफल है कि आज डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन के माध्यम से लाभार्थियों को उन्हें दी जाने वाली आर्थिक मदद शत प्रतिशत उनके खाते में जमा हो रही है जबकि पहले पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व. राजीव गांधी ने ही चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा था कि दिल्ली से यदि 100 रुपये भेजे जाते है तो लाभार्थी तक 15 रुपये ही पहुंच पाते है। जनधन खाता से इस व्यवस्था में बदलाव आया है। उन्होंने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचार भाषण से नहीं, व्यवस्था में बदलाव से ही समाप्त किया जा सकता है। आज भारत में 77 करोड़ डिजिटल ट्रांजेक्शन हो रहे है। रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि आज जहां विश्व के बड़े देशों की अर्थव्यवस्था लड़खड़ा रही है उनके बैंको की साख पर सवाल उठ रहे है, भारत ने इस चुनौती को स्वीकार कर मंहगाई को कण्ट्रोल करने का कार्य किया है। कोरोना काल में दो-दो वैक्सीन बनाकर देश के नागरिकों को उपलब्ध कराने के साथ ही 100 देशों को भी इसकी आपूर्ति की। रूस-युक्रेन युद्ध में प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने इन देशों के प्रमुखों के साथ अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति से वार्ता कर वहा पढ़ रहे लगभग 26 हजार छात्रों को युद्ध क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षित अपने देश वापस लाने के लिए सीमित समय के लिए युद्ध विराम कराया जो कार्य दुनिया के देश नही कर पाए, वह प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी ने किया है।
रक्षा मंत्री ने कहा कि हमारे लिए राजनीति सरकार बनाने के लिये नहीं बल्कि समाज व देश बनाने का विषय है। सर्वधर्म- सद्भाव की भावना पर हम विश्वास करते है। देश में समरसता व सामाजिक सौहार्द बना रहे इसके लिए प्रयास हो रहे है। कुछ लोग समाज में अशांति फैलाकर जनता को गुमराह करने का कार्य कर रहे है। इससे बचने की भी उन्होंने जरूरत बतायी। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रबुद्धजनों के सम्मेलन का मूल उद्देश्य है कि प्रबुद्धजनों के जरिये जनता तक सरकार और संगठन की बात को पहुंचाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी व रक्षामंत्री श्री राजनाथ सिंह के कुशल नेतृत्व एवं मार्गदर्शन में आज भारत एक शक्तिशाली और सुरक्षित राष्ट्र बन चुका है। सेना का मनोबल बढ़ाने और सेना को आधुनिक बनाने के साथ ही आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए अभूतपूर्व कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। सेना को मजबूत बनाना आज के समय की मांग है जिसके लिए रक्षा मंत्री सेना में हर स्तर पर क्रांतिकारी बदलाव लाने का प्रयास कर रहे है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज सम्पूर्ण विश्व भारत की शक्ति एवं सामर्थ्य से परिचित हुआ है, जिसका परिणाम है कि आज कोई भी दुश्मन हमें आंख दिखाने की हिम्मत नहीं कर सकता। आज देश की सुरक्षा में लगे सैनिकों को दुश्मन की गोली का जवाब देने के लिए सरकार से अनुमति लेने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ती। आज हमारी सेना गोली का जवाब गोलों से देने का कार्य करती है। हमारे सैनिकों को किसी भी प्रकार के सैन्य साजो समान की कमी का सामना नहीं करना पड़ता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के कुशल नेतृत्व का ही प्रतिफल है कि पिछले नौ सालों में देश के हर वर्ग का कल्याण हुआ है और भारत का मान देश के साथ ही विदेशों में भी बढ़ा है। आजादी के बाद के वर्षों की तुलना में पिछले नौ वर्षों के दौरान विकास के सभी मापदंडों के आधार पर हम कह सकते हैं, हमारे देश ने हर क्षेत्र में जबरदस्त प्रगति की है, जिसका लोहा आज संपूर्ण विश्व मान रहा है। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष महेन्द्र भट्ट, सांसद माला राज्यलक्ष्मी शाह, नरेश बंसल, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत आदि उपस्थित थे।
