पूर्व निर्धारित स्थान पर शीघ्र शुरू होगा सिंगटाली मोटर पुल का निर्माण: महाराज

114 करोड़ है सिंगटाली मोटर पुल की अनुमानित लागत

देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। जन भावनाओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए गढ़वाल एवं कुमाऊं को जोड़ने वाला सिंगटाली मोटर पुल का निर्माण पूर्व निर्धारित स्थान पर शीघ्र ही किया जाएगा। इस संबंध में मेरे द्वारा लोनिवि के प्रमुख अभियंता को आंगणन गठित कर प्रस्ताव शासन को प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश पूर्व में ही दिए जा चुके हैं।

उक्त बात प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण, पर्यटन, सिंचाई, लघु सिंचाई, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, जलागम प्रबन्धन, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने जनपद पौड़ी के अंतर्गत कौड़ियाला ब्यास घाट मोटर मार्ग पर गढ़वाल एवं कुमाऊं को जोड़ने वाले सिंगटाली पुल को लेकर उनसे मुलाकात करने आये “सिंगटाली मोटर पुल संघर्ष समिति के प्रतिनिधिमंडल से कही। ज्ञात हो कि वर्ष 2006 में स्वीकृत सिंगटाली मोटर पुल के निर्माण हेतु व्यास घाट से कौड़ियाला तक मोटर मार्ग को वित्तीय और प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति जारी की गई थी। सड़क का निर्माण विभिन्न चरणों में 2019 में पूर्ण हो चुका है। वर्ष 2020 तत्कालीन सरकार द्वारा इसे निरस्त कर दिया गया। 2021 में पुनः उनको उसी स्थान पर बनाने का निर्णय लिया गया जहां 2006 का शासनादेश जारी हुआ था यह शासनादेश 18 मई 2021 को जारी किया गया। 114 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाला यह पुल गढ़वाल और कुमाऊं दोनों मंडलों को जोड़ेगा जिसके लिए जियोटेक्रिकल सर्वेक्षण,डिजाइन ड्राइंग और वित्त की व्यवस्था भी हो गई थी किंतु इसे जुलाई 2021 में बदल दिए गया। पूर्व में इस मोटर पुल की कार्यदाई संस्था विश्व बैंक थी, उसके उपरांत कार्यदाई संस्था अधिशासी अभियंता निर्माण खंड लोक निर्माण विभाग श्रीनगर को बनाया गया।

लोनिवि मंत्री ने कहा है कि वर्तमान में जहां इस समय सिंगटाली झूला पुल है वहां पर मोटर पुल हेतु कार्यदाई संस्था को निर्देश दिया गया है कि उसके स्थान पर ही मोटर पुल के लिए डिजाइन और डीपीआर तैयार करें इसके लिए मार्च 2023 में आईआईटी रुड़की के द्वारा जांच कर ली गई है जांच उपरांत सूचना कार्यदाई संस्था को दी गई है। पुल का निर्माण निर्धारित स्थान पर करने के संबंध में सिंगटाली मोटर पुल संघर्ष समिति का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल लोक निर्माण मंत्री सतपाल महाराज से मिला और उनसे आग्रह किया कि जल्द ही मोटर पुल के निर्माण का कार्य सिंगटाली नामक स्थान पर जहां के लिए शासनादेश हुआ है वहीं पर किया जाये।

श्री महाराज ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वस्त किया कि जन भावनाओं का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाएगा और जहां पर झूला पुल बना है वहीं पर सिंगटाली का मोटर पुल बनाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पुल सतपुली, सिद्ध खाल, रिखणीखाल, नैनीडांडा (गढ़वाल) और रामनगर (कुमाऊं) दोनों मंडलों को आपस में जोड़ने का कार्य करेगा, जिसके लिए सड़क का निर्माण हो चुका है।

प्रतिनिधि मंडल में सिंगटाली मोटर पुल संघर्ष समिति के उदय सिंह, महामंत्री विक्रम सिंह नेगी, प्रशांत मैठाणी, देवेंद्र मैठाणी, धनवीर राणा, गिरीश बर्थवाल, स्वयंवर बर्थवाल, हर्ष बर्थवाल, सुनील बिष्ट, जगमोहन नेगी आदि शामिल थे।
