देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि यदि राज्य में ड्रग्स माफिया को जड़ से समाप्त करने के लिए नकल विरोधी कानून की तरह कड़े से कड़े कानून को लाने की जरूरत पड़ी तो, यह भी लाया जा सकता है। सीएम श्री धामी ने उत्तराखण्ड में नशे की सप्लाई चैन तोड़ने के लिए पुलिस विभाग को नशे का व्यापार करने वाले अपराधियों व ड्रग्स माफिया पर ताबड़तोड़ कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए हैं। इसके साथ ही सीएम ने आगामी 26 जून को वर्ल्ड एन्टी ड्रग्स डे के अवसर पर प्रदेशभर के युवाओं के एण्टी ड्रग ई प्लज के आंकड़े को 55300 से बढ़ाकर नया रिकॉड बनाने का लक्ष्य पुलिस विभाग को दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि योग दिवस की भांति ही आगामी 26 जून को राज्यभर में वर्ल्ड एन्टी ड्रग्स डे मनाया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने सचिव स्वास्थ्य को निर्देश दिए कि राज्य में नशा मुक्ति केन्द्रों की स्थापना, संचालन, उपचार एवं चिकित्सकों की व्यवस्था हेतु स्पष्ट गाइडलाइन्स एवं वर्किंग प्लान को जल्द से जल्द कार्यान्वित करने में आ रही बाधाओं के समाधान हेतु मुख्यमंत्री स्तर पर सीधा सम्पर्क किया जाए। वर्तमान में राज्य में निजी प्रयासों से 43 निजी नशा मुक्ति केंद्र संचालित है। मंगलवार को सचिवालय में एनसीओआरडी (स्टेट लेवल नारकोटिक्स को-ऑर्डिनेशन मीटिंग) की चैथी राज्य स्तरीय बैठक में उन्होंने एण्टी ड्रग्स टास्क फोर्स को मजबूत करने की भी बात की।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिकारियों को सख्त हिदायत दी कि 2025 तक ड्रग्स फ्री उत्तराखण्ड के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने के लिए अधिकारियों को मात्र बैठकों तक सीमित न रहकर कार्यो कों धरातल पर उतारने के लिए ऑनरशिप लेने की कार्य संस्कृति विकसित करनी होगी। यह अधिकारियों के कर्तव्य के साथ ही मानवता की सेवा का भी कार्य है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस विभाग के अधिकारियों व जवानों को नारकोटिक्स कन्ट्रोल ब्यूरो में प्रतिनियुक्ति व प्रशिक्षण हेतु भेजने हेतु कार्ययोजना पर गम्भीरता से कार्य करने के निर्देश भी दिए हैं। बैठक में नारकोटिक्स कन्ट्रोल ब्यूरों के डिप्टी डायरेक्टर जनरल श्री ज्ञानेश्वर सिंह ने जानकारी दी कि उत्तराखण्ड में वर्ष 2022 में 238 किलोग्राम चरस, 30 किलोग्राम डोडा, 12 किलोग्राम अफीम, 19.11 किलोग्राम स्मैक, 1.57 किलोग्राम हिरोइन, 1232.55 किलोग्राम गांजा, 105390 कैप्सूलस, 17506 इंजेक्शन, 32110 टैब्लेट्स सीज की गई। इसके साथ ही वर्ष 2022 में 141.5 एकड़ भांग तथा 108.5 भांग की फसल नष्ट की गई। इस वर्ष मई 2023 तक तक एनडीपीएस एक्ट के तहत 586 केस रजिस्टर्ड हो चुके हैं जिनमें 742 आरोपी गिरफतार हो चुके हैं। समाज कल्याण विभाग उत्तराखण्ड द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि एडीक्शन ट्रीटमेंट फैसिलिटी (एटीएफ) हेतु भारत सरकार द्वारा श्रीनगर, उत्तरकाशी, चम्पावत एवं अल्मोड़ा का चयन किया गया है। इसके तहत मादक पदार्थो के दुष्प्रभावो के उपचार हेतु राजकीय चिकित्सालयध्स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में उपचार सहायता उपलब्ध करायी जाती है।
