शुक्रवार को सायं उत्तरांचल विश्वविद्यालय परिसर में आयोजित सांस्कृतिक संध्या के अवसर पर युवा संवाद कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य सरकार द्वारा युवाओं के हित में किये जा रहे कार्यों की जानकारी दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारे युवा भविष्य के कर्णधार हैं युवाओं को अपने लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिये संकल्पित होना हेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने युवाओं का आह्वान किया कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा 21 वीं सदी के तीसरे दशक को उत्तराखण्ड का दशक बनाने के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में वे भी सहयोगी बनें। प्रदेश के युवाओं को अधिक से अधिक रोजगार उपलब्ध हो इसके लिये हमारे प्रयास निरंतर जारी हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि युवाओं के हित में विभिन्न विभागों की स्वरोजगार परक नीतियां बनायी गई हैं हमारा प्रयास अपने युवाओं की क्षमता का उपयोग राज्य हित में किये जाने का है। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश के युवा लोग गायकों ने गीत संगीत की अनेक प्रस्तुतियां दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने गायक जुबिन नौटियाल के साथ उत्तराखण्ड के सदाबहार गीत बेडू पाको बारा मासा भी गाया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारी सरकार युवाओं के लिए समर्पित सरकार है। हमने भर्ती माफिया के खिलाफ सख्त कार्यवाही की है। हमारे युवाओं के साथ कोई धोखा करने की सोचे भी नहीं, इसके लिये हमने देश का सबसे कड़ा नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया है। पूरी पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता से परीक्षाओं का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। तीन परीक्षाओं का सफलतापूर्वक आयोजन किया जा चुका है जिसमें तीन लाख युवा सम्मिलित हुए है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में पहली बार लोक भाषाओं व लोक साहित्य में कुमाउनी, गढ़वाली, अन्य उत्तराखण्ड की बोलियों व उपबोलियों, पंजाबी एवं उर्दू में दीर्घकालीन उत्कृष्ट साहित्य सृजन व अनवरत साहित्य सेवा तथा हिन्दी में उत्कृष्ट रचना कथा साहित्य व अन्य गद्य विधाओं के लिए प्रतिवर्ष उत्तराखण्ड साहित्य गौरव सम्मान प्रदान किया जायेगा। गढ़वाली, कुमाउनी व जौनसारी तीन लोक भाषाओं तथा हिन्दी भाषा में 4 नवोदित उदयीमान लेखकों को प्रतिवर्ष सम्मानित भी किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
