उनको ठीक तरह से आईडेंटिफाई करते हुए आवश्यकतानुसार सम्बन्धित विभाग उनकी चिकित्सा, शिक्षा, स्वरोजगार स्किल्ड में लक्षित कार्यवाही करेंगे तथा बच्चों से भिक्षावृत्ति करवाने तथा बाल श्रम करवाने वालों के विरूद्ध अभियोग पंजीकृत करते हुए कार्यवाही करेगें, जिस पर समिति द्वारा अपेक्षित कार्यवाही नही की गई।
जिलाधिकारी ने उक्त के सम्बन्ध में कमेटी को पुनः निर्देश दिए कि पूर्व में दिये गये निर्देशों पर एक सप्ताह के भीतर कार्यवाही पूर्ण करते हुए कृत कार्यवाही से उन्हें अवगत करायें। उन्होंने कहा कि आगे से ध्यान रखें कि जो बच्चे भिक्षावृत्ति, कूड़ा बिनने, नशाखोरी, बालश्रम में सलंग्न पाये जाते हैं,
उनकी पहचान करते हुए आवश्यकतानुसार उनकी शिक्षा, कांउसिलिंग, स्किल्ड, मेडिकल (कोविड-टैस्ट), पुनर्वास इत्यादि किया जाय। साथ ही इन बच्चों से बालश्रम व भिक्षावृत्ति करवाने वालों पर सख्त कार्यवाही की जाय। उन्होंने श्रम विभाग को अन्य सम्बन्धित विभागों और गैर सरकारी संस्थाओं से कार्यवाही कराने हेतु लगातार पहल करते रहने को कहा।
