देहरादून। श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज में लम्बे समय से तैनात संविदा कार्मिकों को न्यूनतम वेतनमान दिया जायेगा। इसके लिये विभगाय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की तर्ज पर प्रदेशभर के मेडिकल कॉलेजों में भी नर्सिंग स्टॉफ की वर्षवार तैनाती को लेकर चर्चा की गई। कोविड काल के दौरान विभिन्न माध्यमों से प्राप्त चिकित्सा सामग्री एवं उपकरणों को जिला स्तर पर सूचीबद्ध किया जायेगा ताकि उनका सही उपयोग किया जा सके।
चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ0 धन सिंह रावत ने आज सचिवालय स्थित एफआरडीसी सभागार में श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज की समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने लम्बे समय से कॉलेज में अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे संविदा कार्मिकों को न्यूनतम वेतनमान दिये जाने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये। डॉ0 रावत ने कहा कि उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा मेडिकल कॉलेज में तैनात कुछ संविदा कर्मियों की याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुये कार्मिकों के पक्ष में जो निर्णय दिया गया है उसे राज्य कैबिनेट के समक्ष रखा जायेगा। इस पर कैबिनेट का जो भी निर्णय होगा उससे विभाग लागू करेगा। बैठक में स्वास्थ्य विभाग की तर्ज पर मेडिकल कॉलेजों में भी नर्सिंग भर्ती को वर्षवार किये जाने पर चर्चा की गई। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि कोविड काल के दौरान विभिन्न स्त्रोतों से स्वास्थ्य विभाग को जो भी चिकित्सा उपकरण एवं सामग्री प्राप्त हुई है, उसको जिला स्तर पर जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित स्वास्थ्य समिति के माध्यम से सूचीबद्ध करने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये ताकि निकट भविष्य में प्राप्त चिकित्सा उपकरणों एवं सामग्री का सदपयोग किया जा सके। बैठक में सचिव कार्मिक शैलेश बगोली, सचिव वित्त दिलीप जावलकर, सचिव स्वास्थ्य डॉ0 आर0 राजेश कुमार, सचिव न्याय, निदेशक चिकित्सा शिक्षा डॉ0 आशुतोष सयाना, संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ0 एम0के0पंत, प्राचार्य श्रीनगर मेडिकल कालेज डॉ0 सी0एम0एस0 रावत सहित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
