देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सुशासन दिवस के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री आवास स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में सराहनीय कार्य करने वाले अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्टता एवं सुशासन पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया। उन्होंने पुरस्कार प्राप्त करने वाले सभी अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों को शुभकामनाएं दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने आशा व्यक्त की कि सभी अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी आगे भी इसी मनोयोग से कार्य करते रहेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी जी की पुण्य स्मृति में मनाये जाने वाले “सुशासन दिवस“ की सभी प्रदेशवासियों को शुभकामनाएं दी। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय राजनीति के शलाका पुरुष, ओजस्वी कवि, प्रखर वक्ता, उत्तराखंड के निर्माता, भारत रत्न श्रद्धेय, स्वर्गीय श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी जी ने अपना सम्पूर्ण जीवन जन सेवा के लिए समर्पित किया। प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में हो या एक व्यक्ति के रूप में हो, श्रद्धेय स्व. अटल जी का संपूर्ण जीवन, राजनीतिक या सामाजिक क्षेत्र में कार्य करने वाले लोगों के लिए ही नहीं अपितु समस्त देशवासियों के लिए भी एक प्रेरणा का स्रोत हैं। वे सच्चे अर्थों में भारतीय राजनीति में अजातशत्रु थे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भारत के आधारभूत संरचना के सुदृढ़ीकरण की बात हो या प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना जैसी दूरगामी सोच वाली परियोजना की बात हो या फिर परमाणु परीक्षण जैसे साहसी कदम की बात हो, अटल जी ने देश के विकास के लिए अलग लकीर खींचने का काम किया। अटल जी के नेतृत्व वाली केन्द्र सरकार ने भारत में विकास की चेतना को जागृत कर अभूतपूर्व कार्य किये। सुशासन, सामाजिक सशक्तिकरण और समरसता अटल जी का जीवन दर्शन था। अटल जी अन्त्योदय के दर्शन को कार्यरूप देने में विश्वास रखते थे, वे हमेशा समाज के गरीब और वंचित वर्ग के लिए चिंतित व सक्रिय रहते थे। राष्ट्रधर्म को वाजपेयी जी ने हमेशा दलगत राजनीति से ऊपर रखा। समानता और सामाजिक समरसता के प्रति वह सदा तन-मन-धन से समर्पित थे। उन्होंने कहा कि अटल जी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार ने ही उत्तराखंड राज्य की स्थापना कर हम सभी के सपने को साकार करने का काम किया था। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखण्ड तेजी से प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर हैं।
केन्द्र सरकार से हर क्षेत्र में उत्तराखण्ड को पूरा सहयोग मिल रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री जी के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य सरकार एक भारत, श्रेष्ठ भारत की संकल्पना को सार्थक करने हेतु उत्तराखंड को एक सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के लिए संकल्पबद्ध है। राज्य सरकार वर्ष 2025 तक उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने की दिशा में “विकल्प रहित संकल्प“ को लेकर निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। इस संकल्प को पूर्ण करने के लिए सरकार के साथ-साथ समस्त प्रदेशवासियों को अपनी जिम्मेदारियों का निर्वहन करने की आवश्यकता है। व्यक्तिगत श्रेणी में 07 लोगों को मुख्यमंत्री उत्कृष्टता एवं सुशासन पुरस्कार 2021-22 से सम्मानित किया गया। जिसमें विशाल मिश्रा, नगर आयुक्त, नगर निगम, रूद्रपुर, ऊधमसिंह नगर, डा० राजीव कुमार, प्रभारी चिकित्साधिकारी, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, यमकेश्वर, पौड़ी गढ़वाल, अजय सिंह, तत्कालीन वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक, एस०टी०एफ० देहरादून, डा० राजीव कुमार शर्मा वरिष्ठ परामर्शदाता (सर्जन), उप जिला चिकित्सालय, कर्णप्रयाग, चमोली, दृष्टि आनन्द, खण्ड विकास अधिकारी, यमकेश्वर, पौड़ी गढ़वाल, मनीष खत्री उप निरीक्षक, उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस, एस०ओ०जी०, चम्पावत एवं नवीन कठैत, कांस्टेबल, पुलिस अधीक्षक कार्यालय, कोतवाली, कर्णप्रयाग, चमोली शामिल हैं।
