दरोगा भर्ती प्रकरण में पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों व सूत्रधारों के खिलाफ भी हो कार्रवाईः मोर्चा

विकासनगर/देहरादून। जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने पत्रकारों से वार्ता करते हुए कहा कि शासन द्वारा पुलिस विभाग में जनवरी-फरवरी 2014 में 339 पदों पर उप निरीक्षक की सीधी भर्ती प्रक्रिया शुरू करने की अनुमति प्रदान की थी, जिसमें 257 पद उपनिरीक्षक (नागरिक पुलिस), 39 पद उपनिरीक्षक अभिसूचना एवं 43 पद प्लाटून कमांडर (पीएसी) हेतु विज्ञापित किए गए थेद्य उक्त भर्ती में 257 उप निरीक्षक (ना.पु.) के सापेक्ष 272 चयनित किए गए, जोकि 15 पद अधिक हैं।
चैंकाने वाली बात यह है कि इन पदों पर ओबीसी हेतु आरक्षित 14 फीसदी आरक्षण के सापेक्ष लगभग 24 फीसदी यानी 65 पदों पर ओबीसी अभ्यर्थियों ने सफलता पाई, जबकि अभिसूचना एवं प्लाटून कमांडर (पीएससी) के अभ्यर्थी सिर्फ प्रावधानित 14 फीसदी आरक्षण तक ही सीमित रहे, इसका संज्ञान भी विजिलेंस एवं सरकार को लेना चाहिए। सरकार द्वारा कल विजिलेंस की जांच के आधार पर 20 संदिग्ध दारोगाओं को निलंबित किया गया है तथा परीक्षा कराने वाली संस्था एवं उसके मास्टरमाइंड के खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई की गई, जोकि सराहनीय कदम है, लेकिन पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों (सूत्रधारों) पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई, जोकि आधा-अधूरा इंसाफ है। बिना पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों की संलिप्तता के घोटाले को अंजाम भी नहीं दिया जा सकता था। मोर्चा सरकार से मांग करता है कि इस भर्ती घोटाले में शामिल पुलिस के आला अधिकारियों के खिलाफ भी सख्त कार्रवाई करें। पत्रकार वार्ता में हाजी असद व प्रवीण शर्मा पिन्नी मौजूद थे।
