जोशीमठ में भू धंसाव से मकानों में आई दरारें फिर बढ़ने लगी
जोशीमठ/देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। जोशीमठ में भू धंसाव से मकानों में आई दरारें फिर बढ़ने लग गई हैं। सिंहधार वार्ड के एक मकान में लगाए क्रैकोमीटर ने दरार बढ़ने से जगह छोड़ दी है। प्रभावित परिवार ने प्रशासन से उनके घर को असुरक्षित के दायरे में रखने की मांग की है। जोशीमठ में पिछले कुछ समय से नई दरारें आने का मामला नहीं आया है। लेकिन जिन घरों में पुरानी दरारें आई थी वह अब फिर बढ़ने लग गई हैं। सिंहधार वार्ड के आशीष डिमरी ने बताया कि उनके मकान में दरार आने पर सीबीआरआई के वैज्ञानिकों ने क्रैकोमीटर लगाए थे। कुछ समय तक तो यह स्थिर रहे। लेकिन पिछले दो-तीन दिनों में दरारें बढ़ने लगी और क्रैकोमीटर ने जगह छोड़ दी। कहा कि यहां रहने में डर लग रहा है। इसको लेकर उन्होंने प्रशासन को अवगत करा दिया है, लेकिन प्रशासन स्थिति को सामान्य बता रहा है। सीबीआरआई के वैज्ञानिकों का कहना है कि यहां पर 60 से अधिक मकानों में क्रैकोमीटर लगाए गए हैं। हमने इनका करीब 15 दिनों तक निरीक्षण किया है। अब प्रशासन को आगे की कार्रवाई करनी है। सिंहधार वार्ड के पास बदरीनाथ हाईवे पर पड़ी दरारें भी बढ़ रही हैं। प्रशासनिक अफसरों ने इसकी सूचना मिलते ही मौके पर जाकर मुआयना किया। साथ ही यातायात को नियंत्रित किए जाने पर विमर्श किया। हालांकि अन्य जगह से फिलहाल दरार बढ़ने की सूचना नहीं मिली है। स्थानीय प्रशासन ने हाईवे की मरम्मत के लिए शासन को सूचित कर दिया है। उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि जल्द ही हाईवे के सुधारीकरण का काम शुरू किया जा सकता है।
भू धंसाव से असुरक्षित हुए घरों में लोगों ने लकड़ी की बल्लियां लगाई हुई हैं, जिससे मकान ध्वस्त न हो। अब प्रशासन ने सिंहधार वार्ड के पास एक भारी भरकम पत्थर को खिसकने से रोकने के लिए लोहे की बल्लियां लगा रखी हैं। सिंहधार वार्ड के प्राथमिक विद्यालय के पास भू धंसाव के चलते यहां घरों और खेतों में बड़ी-बड़ी दरारें आई हुई हैं। यहां के लोगों को प्रशासन पहले ही राहत शिविरों में शिफ्ट कर चुका है। इस जगह पर एक बड़ा पत्थर है। जिसके नीचे दरार आई हुई है। पत्थर गिर गया तो भारी नुकसान हो सकता है। इसलिए प्रशासन ने पत्थर के नीचे लोहे के पाइप लगा रखे हैं, जिससे पत्थर खिसकने से रुक जाए। हालांकि यह पाइप पत्थर का वजन कितना सहन कर पाएंगे यह कहना मुश्किल है।
