देहरादून के बाद श्रीनगर गढ़वाल में भी मिलेगी लोगों को एमआरआई की सुविधा
स्वास्थ्य मंत्री बोले, आयुष्मान में फ्री होगी एमआरआई, बिना आयुष्मान पर न्यूनतम शुल्क निर्धारित
श्रीनगर/देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। प्रदेश के पहले राजकीय मेडिकल कॉलेज श्रीनगर के टीचिंग अस्पताल बेस चिकित्सालय में 12.50 करोड़ की लगात से 1.5 टैस्ला मैग्नेटिक रेजोनेंस इमेजिंग (एमआरआई) चिकित्सा सेवा की सौगात गढ़वाल भर के लोगों को मिली है। देहरादून के बाद अब श्रीनगर गढ़वाल के बेस चिकित्सालय में एमआरआई की सुविधा शुरु हो पायी है। सोमवार को पूर्व सीएम एवं गढ़वाल संसदीय सीट के सांसद तीरथ सिंह रावत एवं प्रदेश के चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत समेत गढ़वाल भर के विधायकों की उपस्थिति में एमआरआई सेवा का शुभारंभ किया गया। एमआरआई की सुविधा बहाल करने पर क्षेत्रीय लोगों ने मुख्य अतिथियों का फूल बरसाकर स्वागत किया।
एमआरआई चिकित्सा सेवा शुभारंभ के मौके पर मुख्य अतिथि गढ़वाल सांसद तीरथ सिंह रावत ने कहा कि संघर्ष से मिले प्रदेश के पहले श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज आज जनता के लिए आदर्श कॉलेज के रूप में उभर रहा है। एमआरआई सहित अन्य सुविधाएं बहाल करने के लिए उन्होंने चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत के तारीफों के पुल बांधे। उन्होंने पूर्व सीएम बीसी खंडूडी को भी याद करते हुए कहा कि मेडिकल कॉलेज की स्थापना में उनका विशेष सहयोग रहा। किंतु आज मेडिकल कॉलेज को सही दिशा में ले जाने का काम किया है तो प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ.धन सिंह रावत ने किया है। सांसद तीरथ सिंह रावत ने कार्यक्रम में मौजूद लोगों को देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नौ वर्ष के सफल कार्यकाल के कार्यो को गिनाया। कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री आज देश और राज्यों में विकास कर परम वैभव की ओर अग्रसर कर रहे है। जिसका नतीजा रहेगा कि तीसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री बनाने में उन्हें कोई नहीं रोक सकता है।
अतिविशिष्ट अतिथि प्रदेश के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि श्रीनगर में एमआरआई की सुविधा के लिए लोगों को देहरादून की दौड़ लगानी पड़ती थी, जिसको देखते हुए श्रीनगर में एमआरआई की स्थापना कर लोगों को आज सुविधा बहाल की है। कहा कि आयुष्मान से एडमिट मरीजों को यह सुविधा नि:शुल्क मिलेगी तो अन्य मरीजों के लिए एक हजार रूपये न्यूनतम शुल्क किया गया है। कहा कि देश और प्रदेश में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को ओर कैसे बेहतर बनाया जाए, इसके लिए चार दिवसीय सम्मेलन उत्तराखंड में होगा। कार्यक्रम में गढ़वाल भर से आये विधायकों के क्षेत्र में उप जिला चिकित्सालय खोलने तथा अन्य अस्पतालों के अपग्रेड करने की घोषणा की। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कैथ लैब, ट्रामा सेंटर, क्रिटिकल केयर ब्लॉक सहित अन्य कार्यो पर जल्द कार्य शुरु करने की बात कही। इस मौके पर केदारनाथ विधायक शैलारानी रावत एवं देवप्रयाग विधायक विनोद कंडारी ने कहा कि अस्पताल में मरीजों की चिकित्सा सुविधा के साथ बेहतर व्यवहार की बात रखते हुए कहा कि गुडवील से संस्थान ऊंचाई पर पहुंचेगा। साथ श्रीनगर में एमआरआई की सुविधा बहाल करने पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ.धन सिंह रावत का आभार प्रकट किया। कहा कि एमआरआई की सुविधा बहाल होने से पूरे गढ़वाल क्षेत्र के लोग लाभार्थी के रूप में अपने आप को समझते है। इस मौके पर विधायक भूपाल राम टम्टा, राजकुमार पोरी, अनिल नौटियाल, जिपं अध्यक्ष अमरदेई शाह, पौड़ी शांति देवी, भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष सुषमा रावत, जिला सहकारी बैक के अध्यक्ष नरेन्द्र रावत, मातबर रावत, मंडल अध्यक्ष जितेन्द्र धिरवाण, जितेन्द्र रावत, गिरीश पैन्यूली, जिला प्रभारी विजय कप्रवाण ने अपनी बात रखी। मेडिकल कॉलेज के प्राचार्य डॉ. सीएमएस रावत ने मेडिकल कॉलेज में विगत छह वर्षो में मेडिकल कॉलेज में चिकित्सा सेवा, फैकल्टी, छात्र-छात्राओं एवं कर्मचारियों के हित में हुए कार्यो को सबके सम्मुख रखा तथा कार्यक्रम में पहुंचे सभी अतिथियों का आभार प्रकट किया। जबकि अतिथियों के हाथों परिसर में पौधारोपण भी कराया गया। इस मौके पर मेडिकल चिकित्सा शिक्षा के निदेशक डॉ. आशुतोष सयाना, एमएस डॉ. रविन्द्र बिष्ट, सीएमओ डॉ. प्रवीन कुमार सहित तमाम लोग मौजूद थे। इस मौके पर चिकित्सा सेवा में बेहतर कार्य करने वाले मेडिकल कॉलेज के चिकित्सकों को सम्मानित भी किया गया।
