दो सगी बहनों से छेड़छाड़ प्रकरण में शुक्रवार को हरबर्टपुर का बाजार बंद
विकासनगर/देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। बाजार से लौट रही दो सगी बहनों से छेड़छाड़ प्रकरण को लेकर लोगों का आक्रोश थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा हैै। शुक्रवार को हरबर्टपुर का बाजार भी बंद रहा। हरबर्टपुर में व्यापार मंडल ने हिंदू संगठनों के आह्वान का समर्थन किया और पूरा बाजार बंद रखा। हिंदू संगठनों की मांग है कि छेड़छाड़ करने वाले आरोपितों की तुरंत धरपकड़ की जाए।
इससे पहले दोनों हिंदू लड़कियों से छेड़छाड़ की घटनाओं से आक्रोशित हिंदू संगठनों के सैंकड़ों कार्यकर्ता गुरुवार को सड़कों पर उतरे। आक्रोशित कार्यकर्ताओं ने वर्ग विशेष के युवक द्वारा बुधवार को दो युवतियों से छेड़छाड़ की घटना के विरोध में नगर का पूरा बाजार बंद करा दिया। सिर्फ मेडिकल स्टोर, नर्सिंग होम खुले रहे।
आक्रोशित कार्यकर्ताओं ने नगर पालिकाध्यक्ष व अधिशासी अधिकारी का घेराव कर मांग की कि बाजार में एक भी ठेली न लगाई जाए। जिन ठेलियों का पंजीकरण नहीं है, उन पर कार्रवाई की जाए। रेहड़ी-ठेली संचालकों का सघन सत्यापन किया जाए।
हिंदू संगठनों ने आरोप लगाया कि कई ठेली संचालक नशे का सामान बेच रहे हैं। कई बाहर से आकर यहां पर ठेली आदि चला रहे हैं, जिनका सत्यापन तक नहीं हुआ है। हिंदू संगठनों ने पालिकाध्यक्ष व इओ पर अपने कर्तव्य व डयूटी का सही तरीके से निर्वहन न करने के आरोप लगाए। हिंदू संगठनों ने जमकर नारेबाजी की। इस मौके पर पूर्व जिला पंचायत सदस्य वीरेंद्र बोबी, पूर्व छात्र संघ अध्यक्ष कमलेश भटट, रुद्र सेना संस्थापक राकेश उत्तराखंडी, बजरंग दल अध्यक्ष नितिन अग्रवाल, सभासद राजकुमार रोहिला, व्यापारी नेता अंकित कंसल आदि मौजूद रहे। हिंदू संगठनों ने पालिका के बाहर जमकर नारेबाजी की, धरना दिया।
नगर के मुख्य बाजार को पूरी तरह से बंद करा दिया। जिससे बाहर से आने वाले यात्रियों को परेशानियां उठानी पड़ी। बाजार पूरे दिन बंद रहा। हिंदू संगठनों ने कहा कि दो दिन पहले गुडरिच में हनुमान मंदिर में दर्शन को आ रही महिलाओं पर वर्ग विशेष के दो युवकों ने फब्तियां कसी, बुधवार रात में क्षेत्र में दो लड़कियों का पीछा कर उनके साथ अभद्रता की गई। कुछ दिन पूर्व किशोरी पर ढ़करानी के दो युवकों ने फब्तियां कसी। लगातार वर्ग विशेष के युवकों द्वारा छेड़खानी की घटनाओं पर पुलिस व प्रशासन पूरी तरह से रोक लगाए।
हिंदू संगठनों के आक्रोश व नगर में बिगड़ रही कानून व्यवस्था को देखते हुए अपर जिलाधिकारी रामजीशरण ने देहरादून से आकर नगर में व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। एडीएम ने एसडीएम विनोद कुमार से पूरे घटनाक्रम की जानकारी ली। सीओ बीएल शाह, कोतवाल संजय कुमार ने डाकपत्थर में हिंदू संगठनों की बैठक ली। उनकी पूरी बात सुनी। क्षेत्र में कानून व्यवस्था बनाने को एक प्लाटून पीएसी मंगाई गई है।
बुधवार को दो बहन रात आठ बजे बाजार से सामान लेकर घर वापस जा रही थी। इसी दौरान एक लड़का पीछा करने लगा और फब्तियां कसने लगा। जिससे दोनों बहनें डर गई और रास्ता बदलकर तेलपुर वाले रास्ते से जाने लगे तो पांच-छह युवक सामने आ गए। रास्ता रोक कर बाइक पर बैठने को कहने लगे, जब उन्होंने मना किया तो उन्होंने जबरदस्ती की। युवक दोनों बहनों के साथ हाथ पकड़कर खींचने लगे और जाति सूचक शब्दों का इस्तेमाल करते हुए गाली-गलौच करने लगे। जिसके बाद दोनों पक्षों के बीच मारपीट हो गई। इस दौरान वर्ग विशेष के एक पक्ष ने चौकी के पास आपत्तिजनक नारे भी लगाए, जिससे माहौल और गर्मा गया। कोतवाल संजय कुमार, एसएसआई भुवन पुजारी, चौकी इंचार्ज अर्जुन सिंह गुसाईं, विवेक भंडारी, कालसी थानाध्यक्ष रविंद्र नेगी आदि मौके पर पहुंचे और स्थिति संभाली।
