देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। उत्तराखंड शासन ने नैनीताल हाईकोर्ट के समक्ष राज्य की ओर से पैरवी/बहस करने के लिए राज्य की ओर से विभिन्न पदों पर नियुक्त विधि अधिकारियों की आबद्धता तत्काल प्रभाव से समाप्त कर दी है। इसे राज्यपाल ने अपनी स्वीकृति दे दी है।
धामी सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट में राज्य सरकार की पैरवी करने वाले अधिवक्ताओं की फौज को हटा दिया है। अपर सचिव न्याय सुधीर कुमार सिंह की ओर से जारी आदेश में अपर महाधिवक्ता,उप महाधिवक्ता, अपर मुख्य स्थायी अधिवक्ता, स्थायी अधिवक्ता, सहायक शासकीय अधिवक्ता व ब्रीफ होल्डर की छुट्टी कर दी। हाईकोर्ट में जारी कुछ संवेदनशील मुद्दों पर कानूनविदों की टीम तर्क ढंग से पैरवी नहीं कर पा रही थी। कई मामलों में हाईकोर्ट राज्य सरकार को फटकार लगा चुका है। साथ भर्ती परीक्षाओं से जुड़े मसलों पर भी ठोस पैरवी नहीं हो पाई। लोक सेवा आयोग की न्यायिक सेवा से जुड़ी परीक्षा हाईकोर्ट में लंबित मामले किवजः से ही स्थगित करनी पड़ी।
