बद्रीनाथ धाम पर विवादित बयान को लेकर स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज
हरिद्वार/देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। अभी 4 दिन पूर्व स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य ने बद्रीनाथ धाम को लेकर दिए आपत्तिजनक बयान के बाद हरिद्वार सीजेएम कोर्ट में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया है। जिस पर सुनवाई के लिए 4 अगस्त की तारीख तय की गई है।
अधिवक्ता अरुण कुमार भदोरिया द्वारा सीजेएम अदालत में उनके खिलाफ मुकदमा दायर कराते हुए कई गंभीर आरोप लगाए गए हैं। उनका कहना है कि बद्रीनाथ धाम जो करोड़ों हिंदुओं की आस्था का केंद्र है, के बारे में गलत टीका टिप्पणी कर लोगों की धार्मिक भावनाओं को ठेस पहुंचाई गई है। उनके खिलाफ कई धाराओं में दर्ज इस मामले की अब 4 अगस्त को सुनवाई की तारीख तय की गई है जिसमें कोर्ट स्वामी द्वारा दिए गए बयान के आधार पर यह तय करेगा कि उन पर मुकदमा चलना चाहिए या नहीं।
उल्लेखनीय है कि स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य द्वारा बद्रीनाथ धाम को बौद्ध मठ बताते हुए कहा गया था कि बद्रीनाथ धाम को बौद्ध मठ को तोड़कर बनाया गया है। यहां यह भी उल्लेखनीय है कि इससे पूर्व स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य रामचरित मानस पर भी आपत्तिजनक टिप्पणी को लेकर विवादों में रह चुके हैं। उनके द्वारा बद्रीनाथ धाम को लेकर दिए गए विवादित बयान पर जहां साधु संतों द्वारा भारी आपत्ति जताई जा चुकी है वहीं मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने भी कहा था कि स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य कम से कम अपने नाम की गरिमा का ख्याल रखते। वही बद्री-केदार समिति के अध्यक्ष ने भी कड़ी आपत्ति जताई थी शंकराचार्य अविमुक्तेेश्वरानंद ने भी कहा था कि उन्हें न तो कोई इतिहास का ज्ञान है न धर्म की जानकारी है।
