देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण, पर्यटन, सिंचाई, लघु सिंचाई, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, जलागम प्रबन्धन, संस्कृति एवं धर्मस्व मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने लोक निर्माण विभाग के यमुना कॉलोनी स्थित मुख्यालय में विभागीय अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में आपदा के दृष्टिगत लोक निर्माण विभाग के कार्यों की बैठक के दौरान समीक्षा करते हुए प्रदेश में सड़कों और सेतुओं की स्थिति का भी आंकलन किया। आपदा की दृष्टि से विभाग को अर्लट मोड पर रखने के लिए प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने बुद्धवार को यमुना कॉलोनी स्थित प्रमुख अभियन्ता एवं विभागाध्यक्ष कार्यालय, लोक निर्माण विभाग सभागार में विभागीय अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में समीक्षा बैठक में प्रदेश की सड़कों और सेतुओं की स्थिति के जानकारी लेने के साथ-साथ उन्हें आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश भी दिए।
लोनिवि मंत्री श्री महाराज ने बताया कि 02.अगस्त 2023 तक प्रदेश में कुल 250 सड़कें बन्द थी, जिसमें से 42 सड़कों को यातायात हेतु खोल दिया गया है। जबकि अवशेष 208 सड़कों को तत्काल खोलने के निर्देश मेरे द्वारा दिये गये। मैंने अधिकारियों यह भी निर्देश दिये हैं कि विभाग में आपदा हेतु तैनात नोडल अधिकारियों के फोन नं0 के व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार प्रिन्ट मीडिया के माध्यम से भी किया जाय। फील्ड अधिकारियों को अपने फोन 24ग्7 ऑन रखने के कड़े निर्देश भी दिए गये हैं ताकि जन सामान्य आपदा की स्थिति में लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों से सम्पर्क कर सके।
समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान विभागीय मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने निर्देश दिये गये कि जो सेतु ओपन फाउन्डेशन से बने हैं, उनकी जैकेटिंग करते हुए उन्हें सुरक्षित किया जाय। उन्होने लोनिवि अधिकारियों से कहा कि चारधाम की समस्त सड़कों को हमेशा खुले रखने का भरसक प्रयास किया जाय एवं बन्द होने की स्थिति में उनके वैकल्पिक मार्गो का प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाय। उन्होने सड़कों पर पर्याप्त साईनेज लगाये और पैच रिर्पोटिंग ऐप के माध्यम से प्राप्त होने वाली शिकायतों पर तत्काल कार्यवाही करने के साथ-साथ सड़कों के दोनों तरफ की नालियों की लगातार सफाई किये जाने के भी आदेश दिये। उन्होने कहा कि यदि ट्राली ऑपरेट हो रही है तो उसकी सुरक्षा हेतु उचित प्रबन्ध कर लिया जाय।
लोनिवि मंत्री श्री महाराज ने कहा कि मार्गों, आर.ओ.बी. एवं आर.यू.बी. के नीचे जहाँ-जहाँ जलभराव की समस्या हो रही है, उसकी वीडियोग्राफी करते हुए स्थान चिन्हित कर डिवॉटरिंग हेतु सम्पवेल एवं पम्प लगाने की कार्यवाही की जाये। बैठक में लोनिवि के कार्यवाहक प्रमुख अभियन्ता दयानन्द, मुख्य अभियन्ता, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग, ओम प्रकाश, मुख्य अभियन्ता (नियोजन), एन.पी. सिंह, मुख्य अभियन्ता, क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय, देहरादून एवं मुख्यालय में तैनात अन्य अभियन्ताओं द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया गया। इसके अलावा फील्ड में तैनात मुख्य अभियन्ताओं एवं अधीक्षण अभियन्ताओं से क्षतिग्रस्त मार्गो एवं सेतुओं के सम्बन्ध में वर्चुअल माध्यम से संवाद किया गया।
