विपिन रावत हत्याकांड मामले में आरोपी की पत्नी गिरफ्तार

देहरादून। विपिन हत्याकांड मामले में पुलिस ने आरोपी विनीत अरोड़ा की पत्नी पार्थेविया अरोड़ा को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। मामले में एक राय होकर हत्या करने का आरोप है। विपिन की महिला दोस्त के साथ शुरुआत में विनीत की पत्नी ने ही मारपीट की थी। सीसीटीवी फुटेज में इसका खुलासा हुआ। दो अन्य लोगों की भूमिका की भी जांच चल रही।
10 दिन पहले मामूली विवाद में बेसबाल बैट से हमले में घायल लैब टेक्नीशियन की शुक्रवार रात इलाज के दौरान मौत हो गई थी। मामले में पुलिस पर लापरवाही के आरोप लगाकर कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा के साथ लोगों ने अस्पताल पर प्रदर्शन किया। मामला मुख्यमंत्री के पास पहुंचा तो उनके आदेश पर लक्खीबाग चौकी प्रभारी को सस्पेंड कर दिया गया। साथ ही मुकदमे में हत्या की धारा जोड़कर आरोपी युवक को भी पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया। जानकारी के मुताबिक, जोशीमठ, चमोली निवासी विपिन रावत (30) पुत्र अव्वल सिंह रावत दून की एक प्राइवेट लैब में टेक्नीशियन था। 23 नवंबर की रात वह तीन दोस्तों (दो युवतियां) के साथ इनामुल्ला बिल्डिंग स्थित रेस्टोरेंट में खाना खाने गया था। वहां से निकलकर सभी बाहर खड़े थे। इस बीच कार से आईं दो महिलाएं और दो युवकों ने उन पर अभद्र टिप्पणी कर दी। इसे लेकर कार सवार महिला और विपिन की महिला दोस्त के बीच विवाद हो गया। चारों लोग उस पर हमला करने लगे। विपिन ने माफी मांगी तो किसी तरह मामला शांत हो गया। सभी वहां से निकल रहे थे कि अचानक महिलाओं के साथ मौजूद युवक ने कार से बेसबाल का बैट निकालकर विपिन की कमर और सिर पर मार दिया। वह जमीन पर गिरकर तड़पने लगा। यह देख हमला करने वाला युवक भाग निकला। विपिन को स्थानीय लोगों की मदद से सीएमआई अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। तीन दिन इलाज के बाद उसे श्रीमहंत इंदिरेश अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया। यहां शुक्रवार रात उसने दम तोड़ दिया। 25 नवंबर को विपिन के भाई पंकज की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने अज्ञात के खिलाफ मारपीट, गालीगलौज और जान से मारने की धमकी देने के आरोप में मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया था।
