भूमाफिया अतीक अहमद के आवास पर चला बुल्डोजर
-कई थानों की पुलिस थी मौके पर मौजूद
देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। जमीनी धोखाधड़ी के कई मामलों में लिप्त रहे भूमाफिया अतीक अहमद के खिलाफ गैंगस्टर एक्ट के तहत कार्यवाही करते हुए पुलिस-प्रशासन की टीमों ने उसके आवास को बुल्डोजर चलाकर ध्वस्त कर दिया है। इस दौरान कई थानों की पुलिस ने मौके पर पहुंच वहां पर मोर्चा सम्भाला, लेकिन पुलिस व प्रशासन को किसी प्रकार के विरोध का सामना नहीं करना पड़ा।
पूर्व में ही पुष्कर सिंह धामी सरकार द्वारा गैंगस्टर एक्ट में निरूद्व लोगों को चेतावनी जारी कर दी गयी थी। जिसके चलते पुलिस व प्रशासन की टीमों द्वारा गैंगस्टर एक्ट में निरूद्व भू माफिया अतीक अहमद को उसके आवास को ध्वस्तीकरण करने की कार्यवाही के लिए एक सप्ताह पहले ही आवास खाली करने का नोटिस जारी कर दिया गया था।
इस मामले में समय सीमा पूरी होने के बाद आज पुलिस व प्रशासन की टीमों ने बुल्डोजर सहित तुंतोवाला मेहूवाला पहुंच कर ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्यवाही शुरू कर दी गयी। पुलिस व प्रशासन की टीम के वहां पर पहुंचते ही लोगों की भीड जमा हो गयी। वहीं अतीक अहमद के परिवार के लोग भी वहां पर पहुंचे। यहीं नहीं देहरादून में पहली बार हो रही इस प्रकार की कार्यवाही को देखने के लिए दूर-दूर से लोग वहां पर पहुंचे। इस दौरान कई थानों की पुलिस भी वहां पहुंच गयी थी। किसी प्रकार का कोई विरोध न हो इसको देखते हुए पुलिस प्रशासन ने भी सुरक्षा के कडे इंतेजाम किये है।
इस दौरान पटेलनगर कोतवालीए बसंत विहारए प्रेमनगर सहित कई थानों की पुलिस ने वहां पर मोर्चा सम्भाला हुआ था लेकिन ध्वस्तीकरण की कार्यवाही के दौरान किसी प्रकार का कोई विरोध नहीं दिखायी दिया। बताया जा रहा है कि अतीक अहमद द्वारा यह आवास नदी की एक बीघा भूमि पर कब्जा करके बनाया गया था।सवाल यह भी है कि जब सरकारी भूमि पर कब्जा हो रहा था तो जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों ने एक्शन क्यों नहीं लिया। पुलिस के अनुसार अतीक अहमद के खिलाफ जमीन धोखाधड़ी के कई मुकदमे दर्ज है। वहीं पुलिस अब गैंगेस्टर अतीक अहमद की अन्य संपत्ति के बारे में जानकारियंा जुटा रही है ताकि उन पर भी कार्यवाही हो सके। वहीं पुलिस का कहना है कि अतीक अहमद की चार गाड़ियों को भी जब्त किया जाएगा। बताया जा रहा है कि दून पुलिस द्वारा अन्य गैंगस्टरों पर भी कार्यवाही के लिए लिस्ट बना दी गयी है। वहीं इस मामले में जब एसपी सिटी सरिता डोभाल से बात की गयी तो उनका कहना था कि उक्त आवास सरकारी जमीन पर बना था जिसे ध्वस्त कर दिया गया है।
