फर्जी आधार सेंटर का भंडाफोड़, सीएचसी के संचालक के साथ ऑपरेटर गिरफ्तार

-कई फर्जी वेबसाइटों के जरिए तैयार कर रहे थे, जाली जन्म प्रमाण पत्र

देहरादून। दून पुलिस ने एक फर्जी आधार सेंटर का भंडाफोड कर संचालक सहित ऑपरेटर को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपियों के खिलाफ संबघित धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर उनके खिलाफ आगे की कार्यवाही की जा रही है। ’वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एसटीएफ आयुष अग्रवाल’ द्वारा बताया गया कि बीते रोको एसटीएफ को सूचना मिली थी कि ’सेलाकुई क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत स्थित सीएससी (कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर) में कई व्यक्तियों के जन्म प्रमाण पत्र फर्जी वेबसाइटों के आधार पर तत्काल तैयार किए जा रहे हैं, इन जाली जन्म प्रमाण पत्रों के आधार पर नए आधार कार्ड व अन्य पहचान पत्र बनाए जा रहे हैं।’ इस सूचना की तस्दीक के लिए एसटीएफ की एक टीम को वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एसटीएफ आयुष अग्रवाल द्वारा उचित दिशा निर्देश देकर तैयार किया गया।

इस टीम के द्वारा ’सेलाकुई क्षेत्र में जाकर जांच की गई तो पाया कि संबंधित आधार सेंटर इस प्रकार की गतिविधियों में लिप्त है। इस पर एसटीएफ टीम के द्वारा संबंधित सीएससी सेंटर में छापा मारकर उसके संचालक ऑपरेटर को गिरफ्तार किया गया। छापे के दौरान आधार सेंटर से कई व्यक्तियों के विभिन्न राज्यों के सरकारी चिकित्सालय की मोहर के साथ जारी किए गए कई लोगो के जाली जन्म प्रमाण पत्र बरामद किए गए, इसके अलावा 26 व्यक्तियों के आधार कार्ड भी बरामद हुए हैं।’ आरोपियों ने पूछताछ में बताया गया कि उनके बिहार और झारखंड में कई व्यक्तियों के साथ संपर्क है, जो कि उनके लिए फर्जी वेबसाइट तैयार करते हैं।’ उन वेबसाइट पर किसी व्यक्ति का नाम,पता,उम्र व जन्मस्थान, जनपद का नाम भरने के बाद उस जनपद के किस राजकीय चिकित्सा’लय से जन्म प्रमाण पत्र बनवाना है, का ऑप्शन आता है। उसको अंकित करने के बाद संबंधित राजकीय चिकित्सालय के द्वारा जारी किया गया संबंधित व्यक्ति का जाली जन्म प्रमाण पत्र हुबहू तैयार हो जाता है। जिसमें कोई भी किसी प्रकार का संदेह नहीं रहता है। इसी के आधार पर आगे सभी पहचान पत्र इत्यादि आसानी से तैयार हो जाते हैं। उनके द्वारा यह भी बताया गया कि ’सेलाकुई क्षेत्र में बाहरी राज्यों से काफी मजदूर कार्य करने के लिए आते हैं, जिनकी उम्र कम होती है, तो उनकी उम्र को इन जाली जन्म प्रमाण पत्रों के माध्यम से बढ़ाकर फैक्ट्रियों में आसानी से कार्य मिल जाता है। जाली प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर ही यूआईडीआई की वेबसाइट पर आधार कार्ड का भी अपडेशन हो जाता है।

गिरफ्तारी के दौरान एसटीएफ को भारी मात्रा में आधार कार्ड, जाली जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के अलावा अन्य दस्तावेज भी बरामद हुए हैं। इसके अलावा उन सभी फर्जी वेबसाइट का भी पता चला है जिनके माध्यम से फर्जी जन्म प्रमाण पत्र आदि पहचान पत्र बनाए थे। इसके अलावा अभियुक्तों से एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक की जालिम मोहरे भी बरामद हुई है जिनके माध्यम से अभियुक्त किसी व्यक्ति का सत्यापन का कार्य करते थे। एसटीएफ द्वारा आगे यह भी जांच की जा रही है कि अभियुक्त गण द्वारा एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक की मुहर द्वारा कौन-कौन से फर्जी कार्य किए गए हैं तथा किन किन लोगों के बैंक खाते एयरटेल पेमेंट बैंक में खुलवाए गए हैं। ’वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक एसटीएफ  आयुष अग्रवाल ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया गया कि आगे अन्य संदिग्ध आधार सेंटर की भी जांच की जाएगी और देखा जाएगा उनके द्वारा आधार कार्ड इत्यादि पहचान पत्र के बनाने में नियमों का पालन किया जा रहा है या नहीं।’ साथ ही आम जनमानस से अपील की गई की अपने क्षेत्र में हो रहे किसी भी अपराध की सूचना कोई भी व्यक्ति गोपनीय रूप से एसटीएफ को दे सकता है,गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपियों में इदरीश खान पुत्र मुबारक खान निवासी ग्राम छतेनी पेसट अरेली , तहसील तिलहर थाना निगाही जिला शाहजॅहापुर हाल निवासी आकिल के घर पर किराये पर, सेलाकुई व रोहिल मलिक पुत्र इरशाद नि0 जमनपुर, आई0टी0आई0 के पास, सेलाकुंई देहरादून बताए जा रहे है।
