स्टिंगबाज हरक एंड कंपनी पर पड़ा उल्टा दांवः मोर्चा
विकासनगर/देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। जन संघर्ष मोर्चा अध्यक्ष एवं जीएमवीएन के पूर्व उपाध्यक्ष रघुनाथ सिंह नेगी ने पत्रकारों से वार्ता करते हुए कहा कि वर्ष 2016 में तत्कालीन मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत, पत्रकार उमेश शर्मा व विधायक मदन बिष्ट द्वारा हरीश रावत सरकार को ब्लैकमेल करने के उद्देश्य से स्टिंग किया गया था, जिसका मकसद जनहित न होकर सिर्फ बड़ा पद हासिल करना और मोटी रकम हड़पना था, लेकिन सौदा न पटने की वजह से स्टिंगबाजों द्वारा स्टिंग को सार्वजनिक किया गया।
दिल्ली में बैठी सरकार व राज्यपाल ने मिलकर हरक सिंह के आग्रह पर सीबीआई जांच एवं राष्ट्रपति शासन लगा दिया गया। ’जन संघर्ष मोर्चा द्वारा वर्ष 2016 में उच्च न्यायालय में जनहित याचिका दायर की गई, जिसमें मा. न्यायालय से गुहार लगाई थी कि स्टिंगबाज बड़े वाले ब्लैकमेलर हैं तथा सैकड़ों-हजारों करोड़ की अकूत संपत्ति इनके द्वारा घोटाले ब्लैक मेलिंग कर अर्जित की गई है, इसलिए स्टिंग में शामिल सभी लोगों की जांच होनी चाहिए। मामले का संज्ञान लेकर मा. न्यायालय द्वारा 2019 में सीबीआई को मुकदमा दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए, जिस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए सीबीआई द्वारा 23 अक्टूबर 2019 को स्टिंगबाज हरक, उमेश व मदन बिष्ट के खिलाफ 120 बी व भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधि. की धारा 7, 8, 9 व 12 के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कराया गया द्य’ लगभग चार साल बीतने के उपरांत भी सीबीआई द्वारा मामले में कार्रवाई न किए जाने के खिलाफ हाल ही में मोर्चा द्वारा सीबीआई, ईडी, सीबीडीटी इत्यादि से लंबित मामले में इनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की, जिसमें विशेष तौर पर सीबीआई को याद दिलाया कि वर्ष 2019 में उनके द्वारा स्टिंगबाजों के खिलाफ मुकदमा दायर किया था, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उक्त मामले में सीबीआई कोर्ट द्वारा कार्रवाई शुरू करते ही स्टिंगबाज छटपटाने लगे हैं मुकदमा वापसी की बात कर रहे हैं द्यमुकदमा वापसी का खेल कोई बपौती नहीं है कि जब चाहें, वापस ले लें। मोर्चा इन ब्लैकमेरों स्टिंगबाजोंको कतई नहीं छोड़ेगा। पत्रकार वार्ता में महासचिव आकाश पंवार व दिलबाग सिंह मौजूद थे।
