मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सचिवालय स्थित आपदा प्रबंधन केंद्र में लिया वर्षा से उत्पन्न स्थिति का जायजा
-प्रदेश में हो रही लगातार बारिश के दृष्टिगत अधिकारियों को दिये सतर्क रहने के निर्देश
-सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन को दिये सभी जिलाधिकारियों से निरंतर समन्वय बनाने के निर्देश
देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी शुक्रवार को देर सायं सचिवालय स्थित आपदा प्रबंधन केंद्र पहुंचे। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश में हो रही वर्षा से उत्पन्न स्थिति का अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश देने के साथ ही सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन को सभी जिलाधिकारियों से समन्वय बनाने को कहा। जिलाधिकारियों को उनकी जरूरत के अधार पर सहायता उपलब्ध करायी जाय। जनपदों में सड़कों की आवश्यक मरम्मत में भी तेजी लायी जाय। चारधाम यात्रा के दृष्टिगत सभी व्यवस्थायें समय पर सुनिश्चित किये जाने के निर्देश भी मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को दिये। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आगामी चारधाम यात्रा में श्रद्धालुओं को स्वास्थ्य संबंधी किसी भी प्रकार की कठिनाई न होए इसके लिये आवश्यक व्यवस्थायें समय पर की जानी होगी। इस संबंध में उन्होंने स्वयं भी केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री से वार्ता की है। केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री द्वारा भी पूरे सहयोग का आश्वासन दिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में वर्षा के कारण किसानों को हुए नुकसान के आकलन के निर्देश कृषि विभाग को दिये गये हैं। किसानों की जो भी मदद जरूरी होगी वह की जायेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जोशीमठ सहित अन्य क्षेत्रों की वर्षा के दृष्टिगत निरंतर समीक्षा कर अधिकारियों को स्थिति पर नजर रखने को कहा गया है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को 24 घंटे सतर्क रहने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि भूकम्प के अलावा ज्यादातर आपदाएं बरसात के मौसम में ही घटित होती रही हैंए परन्तु पिछले कुछ वर्षों में आपदाएं हर मौसम में आ रही हैं। इसको देखते हुये राज्य को आपदाओं का सामना करने के लिये विशेष तैयारी की आवश्यकता है। जागरूकता और पूर्व चेतावनी से आपदाओं से होने वाले नुकसान को काफी कम किया जा सकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आगामी चारधाम में गत वर्ष की अपेक्षा अधिक लोगों के आने के दृष्टिगत सभी व्यवस्थायें दिसम्बर.जनवरी से आरंभ कर दी गई थी। स्वयं उन्होंने चार बैठकें कर समीक्षा की है। यात्रा सुगमता व सुरक्षित हो इसके लिये सभी आवश्यक व्यवस्थायें की जा रही हैं।
सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन डॉण् रंजीत सिन्हा ने मुख्यमंत्री को प्रदेश में वर्षा से उत्पन्न स्थिति की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि वर्षा के कारण कोई जनहानि नहीं हुई है। सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में टिहरी में दो लोगों की मृत्यु हुई है जबकि मसूरी में पार्किंग की दीवार गिरने से 04 वाहन क्षत्रिग्रस्त हुए हैं तथा नैनीताल के रामनगर में बस के नदी के बहाव में आने से सवारियों को सुरक्षित बचा लिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तरकाशी में आकाशीय बिजली गिरने से भेड़ बकरियों के नुकसान का मुआवजा वितरित कर दिया गया है। इस अवसर पर अपर सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन सविन बंसल, रिद्विम अग्रवाल सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
