रुद्रप्रयाग/देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। जनपद भ्रमण पर पहुंचे प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण, पर्यटन, सिंचाई, लघु सिंचाई, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, संस्कृति एवं जलागम मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने जिला कार्यालय सभागार में केदारनाथ धाम में दर्शन करने आ रहे तीर्थ यात्रियों के लिए की जा रही व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लेने के साथ-साथ यात्रा मार्ग में स्थित जीएमवीन के विभिन्न गेस्ट हाऊसों और जगह-जगह सड़कों, सेतुओं का भी निरिक्षण किया। प्रदेश के लोक निर्माण, पर्यटन, सिंचाई, लघु सिंचाई, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, संस्कृति एवं जलागम मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने गुरुवार को जिला कार्यालय सभागार में चारधाम यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं एवं सुविधाओं के संबंध में यात्रा से जुड़े विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा एक समीक्षा बैठक भी की। बैठक में उन्होने चारधाम यात्रा व्यवस्थाओं में लगे अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि केदारनाथ धाम में आने वाले तीर्थ यात्रियों के लिए सभी सुविधाएं मुहैया हो ताकि किसी भी यात्री को किसी तरह की कोई परेशानी न हो तथा अतिथि देवो भवः के तहत तीर्थ यात्रियों का स्वागत व सत्कार किया जाए। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए हैं कि केदारनाथ धाम में संचालित होने वाले घोड़े-खच्चरों के साथ किसी तरह से कोई क्रूरता न हो तथा घोड़े-खच्चरों को निरंतर गरम पानी के साथ उनके खाद्यान्न का भी विशेष ध्यान रखें। इसके साथ ही यात्रा मार्ग एवं केदारनाथ धाम में संचालित होने वाले होटल, रेस्टोरेंट एवं ढाबों में यात्रियों से किसी तरह से ओवर रेटिंग न की जाए इस पर निरन्तर निगरानी रखने के निर्देश दिए।
पर्यटन मंत्री श्री महाराज ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा ओवर रेटिंग की जाती है तो उनके विरुद्ध आवश्यक कार्यवाही की जाए। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि केदारनाथ धाम में संचालित हो रही हैली सेवाओं में भी किसी प्रकार से कोई ब्लैकमैलिंग न हो एवं किसी तरह से फर्जी कंपनी या वेबसाइट का संचालन न हो इस पर कड़ी निगरानी रखते हुए यदि किसी के द्वारा फर्जीवाड़ा किया जाता है तो उसके विरुद्ध तत्काल आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए।
उन्होंने कहा कि केदारनाथ यात्रा मार्ग एवं धाम में तीर्थ यात्रियों को बेहतर चिकित्सा सुविधा उपलब्ध हों और सभी चिकित्सालयों में पर्याप्त दवाइयां एवं उपकरण उपलब्ध रहें तथा केदारनाथ धाम में आपात स्थिति में एयर एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था भी उपलब्ध रहे। उन्होंने स्वच्छता पर विशेष जोर देते हुए यात्रा मार्ग एवं केदारनाथ में संचालित हो रहे सभी शौचालयों में साफ-सफाई के साथ ही यात्रा मार्ग एवं धाम में उपलब्ध होने वाले ठोस अपशिष्ट का भी नियमित सफाई करते हुए उनके उचित निस्तारण के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी पेट्रोल पंपों में शौचालयों की व्यवस्था हो तथा सभी शौचालय साफ-सुधरे रहें तथा निःशुल्क टायर हवा की व्यवस्था भी उपलब्ध हो तथा पर्याप्त मात्रा में डीजल, पेट्रोल रहे। इसके साथ ही यात्रा मार्ग में संचालित होने वाले एटीएम में भी पर्याप्त कैश उपलब्ध रहे।
उन्होंने केदारनाथ धाम में दर्शन करने आ रहे तीर्थ यात्रियों से भी अपील की है कि धाम में धार्मिक परंपरा एवं महत्व से ही दर्शन करें जिससे कि धार्मिकता बरकरार रहे। किसी भी तरह से पिकनिक की दृष्टि से न आएं। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान समय में केदारनाथ धाम में भारी बर्फवारी के साथ मौसम खराब हो रहा है तथा दो बार ग्लेशियर टूटने के कारण यात्रा मार्ग बार-बार बाधित हो रहा है जिसमें विषम कठिन परिस्थितियों में कार्मिकों द्वारा मार्ग को आवागमन हेतु खोला जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में यात्रा को नियंत्रित किया जा रहा है तथा केदारनाथ धाम में उपलब्ध सुविधा एवं मौसम के अनुसार ही यात्रियों को दर्शन करने भेजा जा रहा है। भ्रमण के दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री महाराज द्वारा ऋषिकेश, कौड़याला और श्रीनगर स्थित जीएमवीएन गेस्ट हाऊसों के अलावा राष्ट्रीय सड़क मार्ग का भी निरीक्षण कर यातायात व्यवस्था का जायजा लिया। उन्होने सिरोहबगड़ के पास 126 करोड़ की लागत से निर्माणाधीन पुल का भी निरीक्षण किया। जिला मुख्यालय में आयोजित बैठक में जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष श्रीमती अमरदेई शाह, केदारनाथ विधायक शैला रानी रावत, जिलाध्यक्ष भाजपा महावीर सिंह पंवार, पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष विजय कप्रवान, पुलिस अधीक्षक डाॅ. विशाखा अशोक भदाणे, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी नरेश कुमार, जिला विकास अधिकारी मनविंदर कौर, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाॅ. एचसीएस मार्तोलिया, जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी राहुल चैबे, मुख्य पशु चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाॅ. आशीष रावत, लोनिवि, एनएच के अधिकारी, मीडिया प्रभारी सतेंद्र बर्त्वाल सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
