उत्तराखंड में कोविड कर्फ्यू बढ़ा 13 जुलाई तक, शर्तों के साथ खुलेंगे शॉपिंग मॉल

देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में अनलॉक की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो चुकी है इसके तहत सरकार ने कोविड कर्फ्यू में और ढील दे दी है। वहीं कर्फ्यू 13 जुलाई तक बढ़ा दिया गया है। कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया की कोविड कर्फ्यू के बाकी नियम पहले की तरह ही रखे गए हैं जो वर्तमान में लागू हैं। वहीं रविवार को साप्ताहिक बंदी जारी रहेगी।
व्यापारिक संगठन अपने हिसाब से एक दिन दुकानें बंद कर सकेंगे। प्रदेश में बाहर से आने वाले लोगों के लिए निगेटिव रिपोर्ट की अनिवार्यता जारी रहेगी। मैदानी क्षेत्रों से पहाड़ी इलाकों में जाने के लिए भी निगेटिव रिपोर्ट अनिवार्य रहेगी। अभी प्रदेश में स्कूल नहीं खुलेंगे। पहले की तरह पर्यटन स्थल नैनीताल और मसूरी रविवार को खुलेंगे। इसके स्थान पर मंगलवार को बंद रहेंगे। अन्य पर्यटन स्थलों के संबंध में जिलाधिकारी अपने विवेक से निर्णय लेंगे।
सरकार ने राज्य में स्थित सभी संरक्षित क्षेत्र, टाईगर रिजर्व, चिड़ियाघर व वन विभाग के अधीन आरक्षित वन व अन्य जनता की सुविधा से जुड़ी अवस्थापना को पर्यटन, वन प्रबंधन एवं रखरखाव के लिए खोल दिया है। प्रदेश में सोमवार, मंगलवार, बुधवार, गुरुवार, शुक्रवार और शनिवार को सुबह आठ बजे से शाम सात बजे तक समस्त व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठान (बाजार) खुलेंगे। सब्जियां, मिठाई व अन्य दुकानें भी शाम सात बजे तक खुलेंगी। प्रदेश उत्तराखंड में खेल संस्थान, स्टेडियम व खेल के मैदान भी 50 प्रतिशत की क्षमता के साथ 18 वर्ष से ऊपर वाले खिलाड़ियों के प्रशिक्षण के खोल दिए गए हैं। खेल विभाग इसके लिए अलग से एसओपी जारी करेगा।
