देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। लंबे समय से शासन स्तर पर लम्बित बड़ी संस्कृत शिक्षा विभाग की नियमावली को शीघ्र जारी कर दिया जायेगा, इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। विभाग के अंतर्गत विभिन्न संस्थाओं में लम्बे समय से रिक्त पदों को आवश्यकतानुसार प्रतिनियिक्त एवं सेवा स्थानांतरण के माध्यम से भरा जायेगा। संस्कृत शिक्षा के अंतर्गत आगामी 8 अप्रैल से 21 अप्रैल तक आयोजित होने वाली बोर्ड परीक्षाओं को नकलविहीन एवं पारदर्शिता के साथ आायेजित करने को कहा गया है। नये शैक्षिक सत्र को देखते हुये संस्कृत विद्यालयों की मान्यता हेतु शीघ्र कार्यकारी आदेश जारी करने के निर्देश विभागीय सचिव को दिये गये हैं।
सूबे के संस्कृत शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने आज विधानसभा स्थित सभाकक्ष में संस्कृत विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। डा. रावत ने बताया कि संस्कृत शिक्षा बोर्ड के तहत आगामी 8 अप्रैल से 21 अप्रैल के मध्य आयोजित होने वाली हाईस्कूल एवं इंटरमीडिएट की बोर्ड परीक्षआों को नकलविहीन एवं पारदर्शिता के साथ आयोजित करने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दे दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि संस्कृत शिक्षा के विभागीय ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिये शीघ्र ही विभागीय नियमावली को जारी कर दिया जायेगा, इसके अलावा विभाग के अंतर्गत विभिन्न संस्थाओं में लम्बे समय से रिक्त चल रहे पदों को प्रतिनियुक्त एवं सेवा स्थानांतण के आधार पर शीघ्र भरने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दे दिये गये हैं ताकि विभागीय कार्यों में किसी तरह का व्यवधान न आये। विभागीय मंत्री ने बताया कि प्रत्येक जनपद में एक-एक सस्कृत गांव की स्थापना की जानी है, जिसकी चयन प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि संस्कृत एवं संस्कृत शिक्षा को को बढ़ावा देने के लिये उत्तराखंड संस्कृत अकादमी द्वारा विभिन्न योजनाएं संचालित की जा रही है जिसके तहत पूर्व मध्यमा, उत्तर मध्यमा, शास्त्री, आचार्य तथा प्रदेश के हाईस्कूल एवं इंटरमीडिएट कक्षाओं तथा विश्वविद्याल स्तर पर स्नातक एवं परास्नातक के छात्र-छात्राओं को संस्कृत विषय में सर्वाधिक अंक प्राप्त करने पर प्रथम तीन स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र-छात्राओं को सम्मानित किया जायेगा। इसके अलावा प्राथमिक संस्कृत विद्यालयों में अध्ययनरत एवं पंजीकृत छात्र-छात्राओं को निःशुल्क पाठ्य पुस्तकें प्रदान की जायेगी। अनुसूचित जाति एवं अनुसूचित जनजाति के छात्र-छात्राओं को संस्कृत छात्रवृति प्रदान की जायेगी। शोध छात्रवृत्ति योजना के अंतर्गत राज्य के विश्वविद्यालयों के संस्कृत विभाग में पंजीकृत 10 शोध छात्रों को एक वर्ष के लिये 30 हजार रूपये की छात्रवृत्ति प्रदान की जायेगी। संस्कृत विद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों में शिक्षण सहायता योजना के तहत 20 विद्यालयों एवं महाविद्यालयों को वित्तीय अनुदान दिया जायेगा। अशासकीय संस्कृत विद्यालयों में संसाधनों की न्यूनता पूर्ण करने की दृष्टि से कम्प्यूटर, फर्नीचर आदि के क्रय करने हेतु 50 हजार रूपये का अनुदान दिया जायेगा। बैठक में सचिव संस्कृत शिक्षा डा. चन्द्रेश कुमार, निदेशक संस्कृत शिक्षा एस.पी.खाली, सचिव उत्तराखंड संस्कृत शिक्षा परिषद डॉ. वाजश्रवा आर्य, उपनिदेशक पदमाकर मिश्र, कुलसचिव संस्कृत विश्वविद्यालय गिरीश कुमार अवस्थी, सहायक निदेशक चंडी प्रसाद घिल्डियाल, शोध अधिकारी डा. हरीश गुरूरानी, महामंत्री संस्कृत शिक्षक संघ डा. नवीन पंत सहित अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
संस्कृत शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि संस्कृत शिक्षा के अंतर्गत अनुसंधान की संभावनाएं एवं अनुसंधान कौशल विषय पर दो दिवसीय अखिल भारतीय संस्कृत शोध सम्मेलन का आयोजन आगामी 17-18 मार्च को अकादमी परिसर हरिद्वार में आयोजित किया जा रहा है। जिसमें देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से संस्कृत के विद्वान, आचार्य, शिक्षक एवं शोध छात्र-छात्राएं प्रतिभाग करेंगे। इसी प्रकार आदमी द्वारा संस्कृत भाषा को बढ़ावा देने के लिये समय-समय पर अखिल भारतीय संस्कृत कवि सम्मेलन तथा अखिल भारतीय ज्योतिष एवं वास्तु सम्मेलनों का आयोजन किया जाता रहा है।
