प्राचार्य ने पुलिसकर्मियों व अधिकारियों को नशा न करने की दिलाई शपथ

साहिया/देहरादून। सरदार महिपाल राजेंद्र जनजातीय पीजी कालेज साहिया में नशे के विरु़द्ध एक संगोष्ठी का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक कानून व्यवस्था वी मुरुगेशन विशिष्ट अतिथि के रुप में उपस्थित हुए।
अपर पुलिस महानिदेशक ने पीपीटी के माध्यम से पंजाब की एक बालिका की कहानी को दिखाकर नशे की गिरप्त में आ चुके लोगों के प्रति सहानुभूति रखते हुए उन्हें नशा छोड़कर समाज की मुख्यधारा में लाने के प्रयास के लिए पहल की गई। साथ ही जनमानस से अपील की गई कि आपके द्वारा आसपास या कहीं भी कोई ऐसी जगह हो जहां पर लोग नशा करने के लिए जमा होते हैं, ऐसे स्थानों की सूचना पुलिस प्रशासन, शिक्षकों एवं समाज के प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तियों को देकर नशा मुक्त भारत बनाने के संकल्प को सफल बनाने में अपना सहयोग प्रदान करे। प्राचार्य डा. रेनू गुप्ता ने सभी पुलिसकर्मियों और अधिकारियों को भी नशा न करने की शपथ दिलाई।
इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय में एसएसपी ग्रामीण कमलेश उपाध्याय, सीओ विकासनगर संदीप नेगी, प्रभारी निरीक्षक विकासनगर शंकर सिंह बिष्ट, थाना अध्यक्ष कालसी अशोक राठौड़, थाना अध्यक्ष सहसपुर गिरीश नेगी, थाना अध्यक्ष चकराता सतेंद्र भाटी, थाना अध्यक्ष त्यूनी आशीष रवि यान, महाविद्यालय के प्राध्यापक डा. रवि कुमार, कार्यक्रम संयोजक दीपक बहुगुणा, प्रियंका चौहान, पूनम भंडारी, प्रियंका तोमर, रितेश चौहान, रीतिका चौहान, मोनू कुमार एवं सुनीता उपस्थित रहे।
