योग साधना के द्वारा शारीरिक व मानसिक रूप से स्वस्थ रह सकते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के प्रयासों से अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की शुरूआत की गई। आज पूरे विश्व में योग को लेकर जागरूकता बढी है। कोविड के दौरान भी स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञों ने इम्यूनिटी बढाने पर बल दिया। योगाभ्यास से हम इम्यूनिटी को बढा सकते हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने समस्त प्रदेशवासियों से अनुरोध किया कि कोरोना काल में योग को अपने दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनाएं और स्वस्थ रहें, सुरक्षित रहें।
