देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को राज्य जनजाति शोध संस्थान में जनजातीय गौरव दिवस के अवसर पर आयोजित आदि गौरव महोत्सव को सम्बोधित करते हुए प्रदेश में जनजाति समाज की कला, संस्कृति संरक्षण हेतु कारपस फण्ड की स्थापना की घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में प्रतिवर्ष जनजाति गौरव दिवस का आयोजन किया जायेगा। जनजाति क्षेत्रों के विकास के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता व्यक्त करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सीमान्त क्षेत्रों में जनजाति छात्रों की बेहतर शिक्षा व्यवस्था हेतु आवासीय विद्यालयों की स्थापना पर विचार किया जायेगा। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने जनजाति कल्याण समिति को भवन हेतु भूमि उपलब्ध कराये जाने की भी बात कही। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर जनजातीय गौरव दिवस की शुभकामना देते हुए कहा कि आजादी के अमृतकाल में भगवान बिरसा मुण्डा के आशीर्वाद से हमारा देश अपने अमृत संकल्पों को पूर्ण करने में अवश्य सफल होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारा जनजातीय समाज हमारे बटवृक्ष रूपी देश की मजबूत जड़ के समान है। जनजातीय समाज का मजबूत और आत्मनिर्भर बनना हमारे देश और प्रदेश की उन्नति के लिए आवश्यक है। देश के स्वतंत्रता संग्राम में जनजातीय समाज का उल्लेखनीय योगदान के कारण ही पिछले वर्ष आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने प्रत्येक वर्ष की 15 नवंबर को जनजातीय गौरव दिवस के रूप में मनाये जाने की घोषणा की थी। इससे जहां एक ओर जनजातीय कलाकारों को अपनी प्रतिभा प्रदर्शित करने का अवसर मिलता है, वहीं गैर जनजातीय समुदाय को भी जनजातीय समाज की कला एवं संस्कृति की विशेषताओं से अवगत होते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 2014 से पहले की सरकारों में आदिवासी समाज को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आवश्यक राजनैतिक इच्छाशक्ति की कमी थी, उन्होंने आदिवासी समाज के व्यावसायिक हितों पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया, ये सरकारें दिखावे तक ही आदिवासी समाज के विकास की बात किया करती थी, परंतु 2014 के बाद से देश में चाहे शिक्षा का क्षेत्र हो या चिकित्सा का क्षेत्र हो आदिवासी समाज के हितों का ध्यान रखकर ही देश और प्रदेश की सरकारें अपनी समस्त योजनाएं बना रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के विजन के अनुरूप उत्तराखंड के सुदूर सीमांत क्षेत्रों को भी विकास की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। राज्य के स्थानीय उत्पादों एवं उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए हम निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने 21 अक्टूबर 2022 को देश के जनजाति बाहुल्य प्रथम गांव माणा में राज्य के उत्पादों की सराहना करते हुए देशवासियों से अपील की कि वे अपनी यात्रा में जितना व्यय करते हैं, उसका कम से कम 5 प्रतिशत स्थानीय उत्पादों को क्रय करने पर व्यय करें। इसका निश्चित रूप से लाभ हमारे प्रदेश को मिलेगा तथा वोकल फॉर लोकर की अवधारणा को मजबूती मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि माणा में उनके द्वारा राज्य के सीमांत गांव माणा को अंतिम के स्थान पर प्रथम गांव संबोधित करने पर प्रधानमंत्री ने अपनी सहमति जताते हुए देश के सभी सीमांत गांवों को अंतिम के बजाय प्रथम गांव कहा गया है। यह देश के सभी सीमांत क्षेत्रों के निवासियों के लिये भी सम्मान की बात है। इस अवसर पर कैबिनेट मंत्री चंदन राम दास, मेयर सुनील उनियाल गामा, विधायक विनोद चमोली, निदेशक जनजाति कल्याण संजय टोलिया, मूरत राम शर्मा, रामकृष्ण रावत, पूर्व मुख्य सचिव एन.एस. नपलच्याल सहित बड़ी संख्या में जनजाति समाज के लोग एवं लोक कला एवं लोक संस्कृति से जुड़े कलाकार आदि उपस्थित थे।
