राज्य कैबिनेट की बैठक में लिए गए कई अहं निर्णय

-राजकीय महाविद्यालयों में पढ़ने वाले मेधावी छात्रों को मिलेगी छात्रवृत्ति
-आयोग अध्यक्षों का कार्यकाल पांच वर्ष से बढ़ाकर 6 वर्ष किया

देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। राज्य कैबिनेट की बैठक में कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय लिए गए। कैबिनेट ने आयोग अध्यक्षों का कार्यकाल एक वर्ष बढ़ाने का निर्णय लिया है। सचिवालय में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी की अध्यक्षता में हुई इस बैठक में उच्च शिक्षा, प्राथमिक शिक्षा, राजस्व, खाद्य आपूर्ति, वित्त, गृह एवं खनन विभाग से जुड़े अहम प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी। डिग्री कॉलेजों और विश्वविद्यालयों के मेधावी छात्रों को भी छात्रवृत्ति देने की तैयारी का प्रस्ताव भी कैबिनेट बैठक में पास हुआ। इसके अलावा अलग-अलग विभागों के कर्मचारियों की सेवा नियमावली का मामला भी कैबिनेट में लाया गया।

राज्य कैबिनेट द्वारा लिए गए निर्णयों की जानकारी मुख्य सचिव एसएस संधू द्वारा पत्रकारों को दी गई। सरकारी विश्वविद्यालयों और सरकारी डिग्री कॉलेजों में पढ़ने वाले छात्रों को छात्रवृत्ति मिलेगी। मुख्यमंत्री उच्च शिक्षा छात्रवृति योजना के तहत ग्रेजुएशन में हर कॉलेज के हर संकाय में प्रथम आने वालों को 3000 द्वितीय स्थान पर आने वाले को 2000 और तीसरे स्थान पर आने वाले को ₹1000 महीना स्कॉलरशिप दी जाएगी। पोस्ट ग्रेजुएशन में प्रथम आने वाले को 5,000 दूसरे स्थान पर रहने वाले को 3000 और तीसरे स्थान पर आने वाले को ₹2000 महीना स्कॉलरशिप मिलेगी। ग्रेजुएशन में वल्र्ड टॉप करने वाले को सरकार पहले स्थान पर आने वाले को 36000 दूसरे स्थान पर आने वाले को 24000 और तीसरे स्थान पर आने वाले को ₹18000 एकमुश्त भी देगी। आयोगों के अध्यक्ष का कार्यकाल बढ़ाने का भी निर्णय लिया गया, अब अध्यक्ष का कार्यकाल छह साल का होगा। अभी तक आयोग के अध्यक्ष का कार्यकाल पांच साल का होता था। कार्यकाल के साथ-साथ उम्र भी बढ़ाई गई है। आयु भी 65 से बढ़ा कर की 68 वर्ष कर दी गई है। अब 68 वर्ष पर रिटायरमेंट होगी। कैबिनेट की बैठक में सीएम धामी ने नवीन चकराता टाउनशिप को मंजूरी दी। इस टाउनशिप में 40 गांव शामिल होंगे। एमडीडीए का इसके लिए विस्तार किया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही साथ पर्यटन विभाग के ढांचे में 37 नए पद बढ़ाये गए है। कैबिनेट की बैठक में ये बड़ा फैसला लिया गया है। पर्यटन विभाग के ढांचे में अभी तक 269 पद थे। अब ये बढ़कर 306 हो गए हैं।

राज्य कैबिनेट ने केदारनाथ धाम में बनाए जा रहे चार चिंतन शिविर के नक्शा पास करने की 75 लाख रुपए फीस माफ कर दी है। विद्युत विभाग की 2021-22 की वार्षिक लेखा रिपोर्ट को सदन पटल में रखने की मंजूरी दी गई है। राजस्व विभाग में संग्रह अमीन की सेवा नियमावली में संशोधन को दी मंजूरी दी गई है। खनिज परिहार नियमावली को मंजूरी दी गई है। आवेदन शुल्क बढ़ाया गया है। खनन पट्टे 10 साल तक के लिए दिए जा सकेंगे। पट्टा बदलने पर अब शुल्क लगेगा। ई ऑक्शन की प्रक्रिया की निर्धारित की गई है। अवैध खनन में अब जुर्माना रॉयलिटी का दो गुना लिया जाएगा। दूसरी बार पकड़े जाने पर तीन गुना जुर्माना लगेगा। उच्च न्यायालय को हल्द्वानी में शिफ्ट करने को 26.08 हेक्टर जमीन हस्तांतरित करने कोकैबिनेट ने मंजूरी दी है।
