देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। उत्तराखंड राज्य को बने दो दशक का समय हो चुका है, मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का कहना है कि 2025 तक उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वोत्तम राज्य बनाना है। लेकिन इस सर्वोत्तम राज्य में जन सेवाओं और सुविधाओं की क्या स्थिति है? इसकी जमीनी तस्वीर हमें आए दिन टीवी चैनलों और अखबारों में आने वाली खबरों से मिलती रहती है जब हम किसी बीमार को डोली में ले जाते लोगों और लकड़ी से बनाए गये खतरनाक पुलों से स्कूली बच्चों को उफनती नदियों को पार करते देखते हैं। राज्य की स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर पौड़ी की एक बेटी ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को एक खुला पत्र लिखकर सरकारी दावों की धज्जियां उड़ा दी है। देखना यह है कि सबको मन की बात सुनाने वाले प्रधानमंत्री मोदी अब इस पहाड़ की बेटी के दर्द पर कितना मरहम लगा पाते हैं।
जनपद पौड़ी के गांव चोपड़ा की 15 वर्षीय आयुषी सिंह ने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को लिखे खत में कहा है कि 31 जुलाई को उसके भाई अर्पित को पिता की लाइसेंसी बंदूक से गोली लग गई जिसे उपचार के लिए पहले पौड़ी जिला अस्पताल ले जाया गया। जहां से प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उसे श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज जो 30 किलोमीटर दूर है की बजाय 130 किलोमीटर दूर ऋषिकेश एम्स रेफर कर दिया गया। परिजन रात 3ः30 बजे उसे लेकर ऋषिकेश ऐम्स पहुंचे तो डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें सीटी स्कैन मशीन खराब होने का हवाला देकर एक निजी अस्पताल भेज दिया। जहां अस्पताल के डॉक्टरों ने बिना एमएलसी के सीटी स्कैन करने से इंकार कर दिया गया। थक हार कर परिजन अर्पित को लेकर फिर ऋषिकेश एम्स पहुंचे और अब अल्ट्रासाउंड तथा एक्सरे के सहारे ही उसके भाई का उपचार किया जा रहा है। इस बेटी ने प्रधानमंत्री से पूछा है कि आपने एम्स तो बना दिए लेकिन जब इन मेडिकल कॉलेजों में सिटी स्कैन तक की सुविधा नहीं है तो ऐसी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं व एम्स का क्या फायदा है। जब निजी अस्पतालों से ही इलाज कराना मजबूरी हो। पीएम को लिखे खत पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री को भी गौर करने की जरूरत है।
