प्रदेश में मिला कोरोना के नए वेरिएंट का पहला मरीज, देहरादून के युवक में हुई पुष्टि

देहरादून। अमेरिका में कोविड-19 मामलों में बढ़ोतरी के लिए जिम्मेदार एक्स बीबी 1.5 स्ट्रेन का एक नया मामला उत्तराखंड में पाया गया है। अमेरिका से लौटे देहरादून के एक युवक का दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर एहतियात के तौर पर सैंपल लिया गया है। जो जांच में कोरोना संक्रमित पाया गया था। युवक के सैंपल की देहरादून में जिनोम सीक्वेंसिंग की गई जिसमें एक्स बीबी 1.5 वेरिएंट की पुष्टि हुई है। युवक में कोरोना से संबंधित किसी तरह की कोई लक्षण भी नहीं दिखाई देते थे।
भारतीय सार्स कोच-2 जिनोनिकी संगठन (इसाकोग) के मुताबिक अब देश में वायरस के इस वेरिएंट से संबंधित मामलों की कुल संख्या आठ हो गई है। इसाकोग के अनुसार, पिछले 24 घंटों में स्ट्रेन का नया मामला उत्तराखंड में मिला है। इससे पहले गुजरात में तीन, कर्नाटक, तेलंगाना, छत्तीसगढ़ और राजस्थान में एक-एक मामले मिले थे। एक्सबीबी 1.5 स्ट्रेन, ओमिक्रॉन एक्सबीबी वेरिएंट का रिश्तेदार है, जोकि ऑमिक्रॉन चीए 2.10.1 और बीए 2.75 का मिलाजुला रूप है।
