हरिद्वार। ज्वालापुर (हरिद्वार) से भाजपा विधायक सुरेश राठौर ने दुष्कर्म के मामले में अपनी गिरफ्तारी पर रोक के लिए हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है। हालांकि इससे पहले उनकी ओर से एफआईआर पर रोक लगाए जाने की मांग वाली याचिका वापस ले ली गई है। मामले में बुधवार को सुनवाई की संभावना है।
विधायक राठौर के खिलाफ उन्हीं की पार्टी की एक नेत्री ने दो जून 2021 को दुराचार का आरोप लगाते हुए ज्वालापुर कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कराया था। ज्वालापुर कोतवाली पुलिस ने कोर्ट के आदेश पर विधायक राठौर के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का मुकदमा दर्ज किया था। केस दर्ज होने से पहले विधायक ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर कर निचली कोर्ट के आदेश पर रोक लगाने की प्रार्थना की थी। यह मामला सुनवाई में आना था कि इससे पहले विधायक के खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज हो गया।
विधायक की ओर से शनिवार को मामले में गिरफ्तारी पर रोक लगाने के लिए दूसरी याचिका दायर की गई है। सोमवार को न्यायाधीश न्यायमूर्ति एनएस धानिक की एकलपीठ में पहली याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई। इसमें उनके अधिवक्ता आदित्य प्रताप सिंह ने अदालत को बताया कि मामले में मुकदमा दर्ज हो चुका है, लिहाजा पूर्व की याचिका वापस ले रहे हैं और नई याचिका दायर कर दी गई है। कोर्ट ने सरकार से पूछा तो सरकार की ओर से भी मुकदमा दर्ज होने की जानकारी दी गई।
इसके बाद कोर्ट ने पहली याचिका खारिज कर दी। विधायक राठौर का कहना है कि उनके खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का आरोप निराधार है। आरोप लगाने वाली महिला और उसके पति समेत अन्य लोगों ने 30 लाख रुपये की रंगदारी मांगी, रकम नहीं दी तो सामाजिक-राजनीतिक छवि धूमिल करने की धमकी दी गई।
ज्वालापुर कोतवाली में दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाते हुए मुकदमा दर्ज करवा दिया। विधायक के अनुसार, महिला की ओर से उन्हें बदनाम करने और बदला लेने को लेकर केस दर्ज कराया गया, क्योंकि रंगदारी मांगने के मामले में उनकी ओर से महिला और उसके पति, अन्य के खिलाफ ज्वालापुर कोतवाली में केस दर्ज कराया था। मामले में पुलिस ने आरोपियों को रंगदारी मांगने और ब्लैकमेल करने पर गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा था।
