मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड की मातृशक्ति का उत्तराखंड निर्माण तथा राज्य के विकास और प्रगति में बहुत बड़ा योगदान है। राज्य की मातृशक्ति को आगे बढ़ने के लिए बहुत संघर्ष करना पड़ता है। हमने राज्य की सरकारी नौकरियों में महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत का क्षेतिज आरक्षण सुनिश्चित किया। हमने वर्ष 2025 तक 125000 महिलाओं को लखपति दीदी बनाने का संकल्प लिया है। मातृशक्ति हेतु हमने 1 वर्ष में 3 सिलेंडर निशुल्क रिफिल की योजना लागू कर दी है। हम होमस्टे को भी प्रोत्साहित कर रहे हैं, जिससे राज्य की महिलाओं को लाभ पहुंचेगा। हमारा प्रयास है कि मातृशक्ति को आगे आने के समान अवसर मिले। मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने कहा कि यूसीसी को सभी के हित के लिए लाया जा रहा है। हमें इसमें सभी वर्गों का समर्थन मिल रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में अवैध अतिक्रमण को विधि के अनुसार ही हटाया जा रहा है।
