देहरादून। केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक ने अपने पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया है। खराब स्वास्थ्य के चलते उन्होंने इस्तीफा दिया है। अभी कुछ दिन पहले कोरोना के चलते निशंक दिल्ली एम्स अस्पताल में भर्ती हुए थे। उनकी तबीयत ज्यादा बिगड़ गई थी। उन्हें करीब 15 दिन तक आईसीयू में रहना पड़ा था। कोरोना काल में छात्रों की परीक्षाओं और सिलेबस को लेकर निशंक ने शिक्षा मंत्री के रूप में महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लेकर छात्रों को राहत दी थी। केंद्रीय शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. रमेश पोखरियाल ने नई शिक्षा नीति को गेम चेंजर बताया था। उनका कहना है कि नई शिक्षा नीति से भारत आत्मनिर्भर और ग्लोबल एजुकेशन हब बनेगा।
