दून के विक्रम चालकों की हड़ताल खत्म
-आरटीओ ने कहा हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आने तक मिलेगी ये छूट
देहरादून,पहाड़वासी। विक्रम संचालकों ने पिछले तीन दिनों के सांकेतिक हड़ताल के बाद आरटीओ कार्यालय पर पहुंच कर प्रदर्शन किया गया। प्रदर्शन के दौरान संचालकों का कहना था कि उनका उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है। जिस तरीके से विक्रम को हटाकर मैजिक को लाना चाहते हैं, वो गलत है। संचालकों की मांग है कि उनके विक्रम का संचालन होने दिया जाए। जब तक कोर्ट का कोई फैसला नहीं आता है और उनका उत्पीड़न ना किया जाए। विक्रम संचालकों का आरोप है कि जिस तरह से आरटीओ विक्रम को हटाकर मैजिक को लाना चाहते हैं, वो बिल्कुल गलत है। यह मामला पहले ही हाईकोर्ट में चल रहा है। हाईकोर्ट में दिसंबर की तारीख लगी है। लेकिन उससे पहले ही किसी भी तरीके से विक्रम चालकों को हटाने की कवायद परिवहन अधिकारियों के द्वारा की जा रही है।
आरटीओ के निर्देशन पर पिछले 3 महीने के अंदर ही लाखों रुपए के चालान विक्रम संचालकों के काट दिए गए। इससे लगता है कि कहीं ना कहीं परिवहन अधिकारी की मैजिक डीलर से सेटिंग है। साथ ही आरोप लगाया है कि आरटीओ द्वारा संचालकों को जो मैजिक वाहन के लिए परमिट दिया जा रहा है, उस परमिट पर लिख कर दिया जा रहा है कि विक्रम से मैजिक बदलने का मामला कोर्ट में चल रहा है। कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद ही कार्रवाई की जायेगी। जिसके कारण परमिट पर डीलर मैजिक लेने पर लोन भी नहीं दे रहे हैं। अगर संचालक को लोन भी मिल रहा है तो मैजिक का खर्चा बहुत अधिक है। खर्चा अधिक होने के कारण एक संचालक अपने घर का पोषण करेगा या फिर लोन की किश्त चुकाएगा।
अध्यक्ष विक्रम संचालक संजय अरोड़ा ने बताया कि अपने उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ 15 जुलाई से विक्रम खड़े हैं। अगर विभाग को अपने अनुसार संचालन कराना है तो किस तरह से हम संचालन करें बताए। हमारी मांग है कि विक्रम का संचालन होने दिया जाए, जब तक हाईकोर्ट का कोई फैसला नहीं आता है, तब तक परेशान ना किया जाए और उत्पीड़न ना किया जाए। इसके बाद आरटीओ के साथ हुई बैठक में विक्रम संचालकों के लिए खुशखबरी आई। विक्रम संचालकों की आरटीओ सुनील कुमार के साथ हुई बैठक के बाद निर्णय लिया गया है कि जब तक हाईकोर्ट का आदेश नहीं आ जाता है, तब तक विक्रम का संचालन कर पाएंगे। विक्रम संचालकों का किसी तरह का उत्पीड़न नहीं किया जाएगा।
